THE APARTMENT NEEDS A LOT OF MAINTENANCE, ONE TOILET DIDN’T WORK, THE AC WAS TURNED OFF WHEN WE GOT THERE AND THERE WAS HUMIDITY SMELL. THE PLACE NEEDS A DEEP CLEAN AND MAINTENANCE AND THE OWNER COULD AT LEAST LEAVE SOME CLEANING PRODUCTS AND A DISH TOWEL FOR GUEST TO USE DURING THEIR STAY AS A MINIMUM. THE WASHER AND DRYER ARE SUPER OLD AND WE DIDN’T EVEN TRY TO OPERATE THEM.

THE LOCATION AND FACILITIES ARE EXCELLENT, THE VIEW IS AMAZING AND THE STAFF VERY RESPONSIVE

Food is bad and 28% taxes are added at the end of the bill. Stayed 2 weeks in RD, never had this taxes and the manager at the reception didn't even wanted to discuss.... Unhappy

great location, but you definitely need a car if you are in an apartment down the hill,restaurant food is not that good but great view from there, they can accomodate the covid test and the doctor will come to your unit,apartments pretty new and great view, 15min drive from Samana and from Las Galeras, 5 min drive from beach where boats leave to cayo levantado

From the guards at the front gate to Juan the guard on the private beach. Everyone was so beautiful. The front desk wa very helpful in evaluating we needed.

From the beginning to the end, we encountered issues with this property. Lack of water, clogged kitchen pipes, leakage of dirty water from the clogged pipes, issues with the internet, lack of accurate information at reception and overall, very poor maintenance of the apartment. In addition, the apartment that was given to us is not the same as in the pictures. Definitely not worth the price paid. Specifically, during our entire stay we had no water except for very limited time each day. This is not acceptable in a beach house, where people need to shower after the beach and need to keep fresh and hydrated. We could also not wash dishes when necessary and consequently cooking and serving meals was also an issue. This issue was also worsened by the fact that Reception has given us wrong information at arrival, saying that the issue would be fixed by the morning the next day, which did not allow us to prepare for this situation. It is not acceptable that a property in this region of the country has no water reservoirs and/or does not take measures to prevent this type of issue and alert its visitors with accurate information. We had to call maintenance a at least three times during our stay of two nights for the other issues. This is not acceptable for a holiday destination where people should be relaxing. I have been a customer of Booking.com for many years and have never had a situation like this. I do not recommend this place.

I really can't said, I like everything, it was just better than I expected

Everything very relaxing great staff from security to house keeping. Convince to travel to many locals shops and grocery. At the reception they were very welcoming and I have to give my 🥇🥇🥇🥇🥇to Elvis he is very well informed and professional, just because staff like him and many other in the location I will definitely will come back and will recommended to many of my frequent travelers friends. Thank you again.
