Sound of planes - but to be expected and no big deal. I couldn’t see any air conditioning/temp control. (Maybe they had it but couldn’t find it). Wasn’t an issue at all when I visited because the weather wasn’t too hot, but perhaps in the height of summer it could be. I don’t know how warm it gets.

I loved the gorgeous garden setting, the sound of the birds, the beautiful colours everywhere, views of the mountains and friendly service. I also loved the layout and aesthetic of my ‘junior suite’, it was so quirkily furnished and full of character. Everything in my suite was very clean. Wifi worked fine.

A great family place. Treated us very good. Airplanes overhead are quite low and loud. Small but comfortable room. Breakfast was superb. They had us picked up at the airport.

The wifi was too slow for me to do the online work I needed and it is a little too rural (I do like this though) to walk around and do any shopping without a car or taxi.

I had to leave at 0700am but breakfast was starting at 0730. I asked if I could have breakfast earlier or just something to go but they said no. That's not a good service especially for an airport hostel where people often have to leave early, I think 0730 is quite late for breakfast

Had a very nice room, comfortable bed, clean bathrooms. 15 minutes by car from the airport. Airport shuttle costs 10$ (uber is about the same price & you don't have to pay for fees when paying by card)

I only stayed one afternoon and early evening because my flight was leaving at 1AM BUT about every hour a AIRPLANE is landing overhead and is QUITE LOUD!! OTHER THEN THAT Great place close to Airport!! Thanks!

You can hear the planes all the time and maybe some dogs barking? But I think that's understandable and normal for a place so close to the airport, so it didn't bother me too much.

Perfect for a layover, 10 min ride from the airport. This hostel gives you a taste of the local country experience, local food and people. If you want to experience a little bit of the culture of Ecuador, this is the place for you! And don't worry if you don't speak Spanish, the host speaks English so you'll be fine! Also, the place is so quiet, I think the quietest I've been in years, very peaceful.

There was a loud alarm that went off in the middle of the night, plus some loud guests. But this is not the fault of the staff or owners.

Philipe was very helpful in ensuring my travel to and from the airport was possible and also helped me with dinner plans! He went out of his way to ensure I was comfortable and was at the airport on time for my early morning departure to the Galapagos Islands. Super helpful thank you Philipe, very kind of you! The location was beautiful and walking distance to nearby small village. Very close to airport which was convenient for me.

We stayed here twice and had two very different rooms. First stay in one of their new suites. It was beautiful, large no well appointed, great value for money and definitely worth the extra money. The second time was a small double room which felt a bit old and tired, with a very small bathroom. I would say definitely pay the extra if you can but overall the smaller room was ok. Very helpful staff

The bathroom could do with renovation, but it was very clean and perfectly usable.

Beautiful grounds and garden with hummingbirds flying around, nice room, clean bathroom. Very friendly and helpful staff. Tasty breakfast. We also got a good dinner for $8. There's a scenic hike along the river starting just from the hotel. Hotel organized a transfer to and from the airport for $10. All in all a great place to stay close to the airport between the flights.

Very nice breakfast and a very warm and nice family run hostel. I was given help and the owners were very hospitable and welcoming. A quiet area and a nice chance to relax in nice surroundings.

I paid $20 to have my laundry done, and it was wadded up and badly wrinkled. Not worth the price. Also, other customers were very loud, on both sides of me.

I easily arranged a tour to Cotacochi. Breakfast was always good. I had lunch there twice with no advance notice, and it was very good.

Nice place to relax after a long day of traveling. Very close to the airport, they offer transfer to the airport for a fee. The room was comfy and the jacuzzi was very nice. The staff was very nice and helpful

As we left early on both stays, we didn’t have breakfast included. They wouldn’t make dinner instead as the breakfast is only a ‘gift’. They overcharged to use card (high fee compared to other places in Quito). The bed was very wobbly/noisy. One of our night stays didn’t have hot water.

Good location for airport. We were able to leave luggage in store & they arranged a $10 airport transfer for us. If you want dinner they have a limited menu for $8.50 (but one time we got Uber eats).

The only thing that let it done was that it was right under the flight path. Not so busy though. Otherwise great!

The bed was great, the room was clean, shared bath room was fine. Swimming pool and gardens were a nice place to hangout . The owners were super nice and helpful. Really nice breakfast included!!
