The rooms facing the street are noisy, and by closing the windows to minimise this they become very hot too (no AC or fans). A fan in each room would solve this.

This is a cool, friendly hostel right on the central square. The rooftop bar is one of the best places to grab a drink in town, so it was great to have it right upstairs! Most evenings there's an event or activity to join in with. Private rooms are simple but comfortable, it was cool to get one with a hammock. The real stars of the show here are the staff: there was nothing they couldn't help with from arriving to leaving. A special shout out to Mishell, who helped organise everything from bikes, rafting, hikes, drinks out, dinner suggestions and more!

Perfect location in the center, everything close by. Beds are comfy, I love it when there are curtains. There is a great ecuadorian restaurant right underneath the hostel, I recommend to go there!

The hostel is very noisy until midnight. The bathroom smelled like a drain at the beginning and the hot water was sometimes not available.

The staff is very nice and helpful and is always in a good mood. Very familiar atmosphere in the hostel and one of the best rooftops in Baños. Very centrally located and with good breakfast.

No place to put belongings except for on the floor. Breakfast wasn’t great- just scrambled eggs and a roll. Wifi was spotty. Lots of noise, don’t stay here if you like it quiet.

Location and staff were great! You can book tours through them which was convenient. The rooftop bar was also very nice.

The hostel has a fantastic vibe and is very friendly. The rooftop area is really nicely designed and inviting. Also the selection of cocktails was very good and made it hard to choose what one to have. The room was good and very clean with lots of stage space in the wardrobe which was great for me and my 2 friends. The staff were chatty and very helpful too. Also super fast wifi. There is also cool art hung around the hostel.

Great location and staff, as well as good quality breakfast. I stayed in a shared dorm which was up to my expectation. The room was full, which in Covid times is difficult but in my opinion good for a solo traveller who wants to meet people. The wifi worked well. They had a very nice terrace and bar - top 10!

It was not the cleanest hostel though, but okay for the price. It was pretty quiet when I was here in June 2021, so I didn’t meet many other travelers.

The staff were so nice! And the location could not be better. There is a view of the mountains and the little Central Park. The breakfast was good, but I don’t think it’s included in the price. There is also a laundry service for 1.75 per kilo.

I came as a solo traveler and picked it because of the rooftop bar/restaurant. But I stayed for days longer because the staff was so nice and friendly and I met many awesome travelers on that roof deck. Plus the location can’t be beat.

Cons: Room was dirty. Our sink in the bathroom was dripping and every time we walked in our feet got wet. Our room was on the Main Street and the widows are not sound proof at all - lots of noise.

Bad: - no hot water in the shower for the entire night - bathroom smelled funky when we got there and never really improved - we had the room with 2 beds for 3 people, and it was a pretty tight space. There was one table for storing stuff and a nightstand, but not much room otherwise.

I absolutely loved this hostel! It's in the center of the city where all restaurants and bars are. The staff is super helpful and they organize all tours in Baños for you! The rooftop bar is amazing and a very good place to meet other travelers!

The parking situation was a bit far from our hotel. In the information of the hotel online said parking included which was assumed at the hotel spot itself, not 2-3 blocks away.

the vibe from the place was so beautiful and amazing. My boyfriend and I felt welcomed and love the place. Such a beautiful spot for our first trip together. Amazing staff
