How guest reviews work
Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We are currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). For properties in these countries, the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. In addition, guests can give separate ‘subscores’ in crucial areas, such as location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value for money and free Wi-Fi. Note that guests submit their subscores and their overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):
- Politically sensitive comments
- Promotional content
- Illegal activities
- Personal or sensitive information (e.g. emails, phone numbers or credit card info)
- Swear words, sexual references, hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, or references to violence
- Spam and fake content
- Animal cruelty
- Impersonation (e.g. if the writer is claiming to be someone else)
- Any violation of our review guidelines.
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out, and we may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old – or if the Accommodation has a change of ownership.
An Accommodation may choose to reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (what language a review is in, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). If you like, you can sort and/or filter them (by time of year, review score, etc.).
We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.

It was a great choice,beyond expectations. Very friendly staff, clean, spacious room, super comfortable bed, excellent breakfast and spa! Situated in a quiet street and very close to the main centre of Tallinn. Highly recommended!

The pool was rather small and the area is supposed to be swimwear required but some still walked around in their birthday suit.
Facilities for electric vehicles parking and charging. Friendly and helpful staff, an amazing breakfast, and a convenient location add up to a great place to stay.

Location was easy to get to from airport via taxi (€12) but it is a 15 minute walk into the old town.
Room was modern and clean. Good sized bathroom and balcony was a nice bonus. Breakfast was plentiful with lots of good items.

The breakfast buffet was exceptional, a lot of options and really delicious food! The spa area was lovely too. The room itself was really spacious and we had a jacuzzi in the bathroom which was an unexpected pleasant surprise. We would definitely stay there again!

One thing—because we were staying on the top floor occasionally there was a stench coming from the pipes (I think there was not enough pressure in the toilet). It was nothing that would disqualify the room, but it definitely should be fixed.
I love the balconies. It was amazing to sit in there late afternoon enjoying Tallinn summer. The room was clean and well-equipped.

Nothing to report, everything was perfect.
Quite well located hotel, just a short walk to the Old City, great staff that by the way gave us a room upgrade for free, good breakie and on the top of the iceberg, there is a spa which is a plus!! After walking up and down all day, the jacuzzi is very welcome! Totally recommended!

Well located. Around 20 min walking distance from Tallin Old Town- city centre. Very clean and the spa is a great place to rest after a long day exploring the city. Our 5 years old son loved the pool.

The only thing I did not like was that it was very noisy from the street and I could not sleep well. We did not want to close the windows...
The hotel is at great location, good spa, the rooms are spacy and it's clean. I liked a lot the bathroom.

Smokers on the neighbouring balcony
Very comfortable, modern, clean and pleasant hotel. 10 minutes walk to the old town. We had a balcony which was useful to sit out after a long day sightseeing. Enjoyed using the spa facilities. Nice breakfast buffet.

All minor: the room could probably do with a new layer of paint. The carpet in the corridor had a big stain and should be fixed. The door from the reception to the parking garage is difficult to pass when carrying luggages. This could be improved.
The hotel is located in a small quiet side street in the heart of Tallinn: pretty much all is within walking distance. We have stayed here before so we were aware of this. However, what made a very positive impression on us was the excellent air condition in the room. It was quiet and had no problem to cope with the scorching outside temperatures. It made our stay extremely pleasant. The hotel itself was pretty much perfect: very friendly staff, an excellently cleaned room, a breakfast that leaves little to ask for - we really appreciated the lactose free espresso/cappuccino/latte machine, a comfy bed, overall very quite, and a spacious bathroom with a shower that offers good pressure. Another pleasant surprise was that electric car charging was included in the parking fees. We also had a look at the gym this time. It seems to be quite well equipped, so that we regretted that we didn't take workout clothes with us.

Great hotel to stay in Tallinn. The location was good about 15min walk into the old town. The breakfast was really good, although it got really busy at the weekend and they did run out of yogurt one morning so get down early. Lovely spa facilities and open until 10pm. The room was really big with lots of space. The beds were quite comfy although they were on the hard side. Would definitely recommend, great value for money.
