Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We are currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out, and we may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old – or if the Accommodation has a change of ownership.

When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (what language a review is in, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). If you like, you can sort and/or filter them (by time of year, review score, etc.).
We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.

Estoniathe worst breakfast I have ever eaten!! Horrible!!! No juce, no sweets no vegitables- only fried eggs, bred 1 type of cheese and sauge!!! Veggy crem with coffe ehich reminded me of Soviet era railway station coffee!! Never ever did i expect such a breakfast in Estonia, not to mention in Palmse msnor house! ehst a shame…

Beautiful location, comfy beds, and clean room and facilities. Although it was a shared bathroom, this was very clean and well organised.

DenmarkThere was not a private bathroom as described in the reservation. It was a shared bathroom in the hall. There were no curtains over the window next to the bed, and the sunrise is before 6 am in summer. There was no receptionist even though we had given ETA in advance, but a telephone number which called a person who spoke very limited English, even though the hotel lists English as a spoken language.
Good location for National Park. Beautiful surroundings.

Fit well into the milieu. The manor and the museum were excellent. Breakfast was very tasty.

United KingdomOur visit coincided with a musical theatre performance every night in the grounds. it was over by 11pm but v busy and would have been nice to be warned. The access gate to the parking area was often shut meaning you had to drive via the taverna.
Four bed room with shared bathroom perfect for family of four. Beautiful location with walks in grounds and centre of Lahemma national park. Tasty breakfasts too. Lots of amazing birds in the grounds.
