elevator from the reception level down to the rooms level is not working 50% of the time (poor design door) if left open it will not work. No shaded area in the car park.

The hotel stay was simply exceptional from the moment of check-in till checking out of the hotel. The hotel has exceptional teamwork in all areas. The room is decent size & housekeeping standard is very good. All swimming pools & aqua are very clean. Snacks restaurant by the pool for lunch bites is very good. Variety & quality of food in the main restaurant (breakfast & dinner) are excellent. Special thanks to Chief Ali Ahmed (special treat). Lifeguards are well located in all the swimming pools very safe for the kids. I will definitely revisit.

Service was fantastic from Mr. Ahmad, Mr. Khalid and the entire reception team. Chef Ali from Aqua blu was amazing and made sure all the food was perfect and that we were taken care of. All the staff was fantastic.

From when we came in the staff were very welcoming and told us about the whole hotel from a -z. The room was amazing with a pool view towards aqua park. There are so many pools to visit within the resort so you wouldn’t get bored and they are for all age groups. There were good activities throughout the day and into the evening. There was so many different restaurants you can eat from with a wide range of food options, and the best part of it was the waiters and chefs delivered everything with a smile. Would definitely recommend and will be visiting again in the future.

None of the below was bad enough to mention at the time, as it barely affected the quality of our stay. Could just do with a little maintenance. Hotel room was on the ground floor so couldn't open the curtains when getting ready without people looking in, made it very dark. Shower needs maintenance as can only use the handheld shower head without drenching the whole bathroom. Bathroom was much smaller than last year.

Staff are friendly and helpful. Hotel grounds are beautiful and well looked after. Great variety of food. Pools that cater to everyone. Beds are huge which is nice.

The beach was not actually attached to the property, there was a road and a high wall between the two. There was a shuttle bus but it felt like a hassle so we did even visit the beach, bit sad but the pools were amazing. The room we had was a bit lacking in furniture, it was huge but could have done with a sofa and coffee table to make it more homely.

Beautiful resort, super clean, friendly staff and amazing pools for all ages. There was lots of foods available and it was a very good standard. There were a few shops that were very handy for toiletries, pool toys, snacks and sovereigns. Good entertainment during the day and in the evening especially for kids.
