We were a family of 11 staying at Birds Nest for 5 days. We rented 3 apartments which were all fantastic. The apartments are large, comfortable and very stylish. The apartments have all the basic items needed for your stay such as towels, bedding, shower gel, plates, mugs, cutlery etc. However the hosts go above and beyond, on arrival you receive a host of goods, the fridge is full of soft drinks, juices and water bottles. There are a variety of snacks such as crisps and chocolate on the kitchen counter. When you run out you can go to the communal drinks counter near reception and grab top ups from the fridge. They really did exceed my expectations. All the staff were from security, cleaning team, maintenance team to front desk greeted us with a warm smile and were very welcoming and helpful through out our stay. They always went above and beyond to help/assist us in anyway they could. In particular a young lady 'Mariam' who was contactable throughout our stay provide us with a 5 star experience. She was an absolute delight ad extremely helpful. Thanks Birds Nest, thank you Mariam for making our stay a wonderful experience.

They don’t provide room service everyday so you may have to clean after yourself during the duration. First night we slept at the reception because of the hotel poor communication, when we walked into our apartment we found guests sleeping.

The property aesthetics are so stunning and the place smells cool and fresh. We were stocked up with coffee and water and snacks everyday. Clean, comfortable bed and sheets.

Check out time was 12 o clock , I told them just give me some time to pray then I will go out but unfortunately mis Alex the manager keep sending the boy to my room asking me to go out while I’m a genius in Booking.com she doesn’t consider that and didn’t give me even half hour extra that’s what bothered me a lot.

This was a great spacious place for our team to use as home base for a business trip. It had well-designed and comfortable rooms, great open living room, great kitchen, had all amenities, free snacks and coffee / juices, and extremely receptive and helpful host. Everything was perfect! A wonderful and easy place and there are dining and shopping very close, within walking distance across the street, which makes it so easy!

While the property boasts many positive attributes, there are a few drawbacks to consider. It is situated on a semi-busy corner across from a gas station. Despite this, I always felt very safe during my stay. One notable issue is the living room balcony, which features single-glazed doors. Unfortunately, these do not effectively block out all the street noise. However, it’s worth mentioning that the bedroom is positioned away from the street, which aids in ensuring a quieter sleeping environment.

The accommodation in New Cairo is exceptionally spacious, featuring a well-thought-out design and tasteful decoration. We experienced outstanding hospitality, highlighted by a generously stocked fridge filled with an array of soft drinks and snacks. The modern self-service coffee bar in the lobby adds a convenient touch. The property offers ample spaces for relaxation, networking, and conducting meetings, making it an ideal choice for both leisure and business travelers seeking comfort and convenience.
