PolandLoud music with during the most part of the day. If you have room faced to the pool you probably will have to use stoppers to take a nap ;) Drinks made of local spirits are not as good as you would expect ;)
Very nice hotel with good food, clean and comfortable rooms and friendly staff. Swimming pool deep enough fort sport swimming (~40m length). Running path ~2km and gym. Diving center and snorkeling area near by.

ItalyI've seen more beautiful beaches in Marsa Alam. The hotel is poorly soundproofed. I could hear everything from the neighbors.
The shows in the evening were amazing! Huge aquapark. It was so much fun, not only for kids!Tasty food. Fresh juices for breakfast. Nice coral reef.

The big territory - shared space of 6 hotels, where you can walk or run along the sea, a lot of swimming pools. Location in the bay. Polite and attentive personnel. Cleanliness. High quality and variability of food. Live music in the evening, professional shows - dancing performances. Good for divers. The majority of guests were from Poland and Germany, which is comfortable personally for me.

Several hotels are planned as one space, you can enjoy beautiful territory and facilities of all of them. Nice reef and sea. Almost total absence of annoying ones living at the Southern shore of Arctic Ocean.

SpainEven though the resort is great there are things I don't like and should be changed/improved. First, check-in was nicely done, but I missed a short tour or explanation what the resort offers. Second, mostly staff is ok, some were great but there are also such who just try to do nothing or focus on those from which they think they will get a tip. For example I came to the sunbed at the same time as an elderly couple from Germany. Someone immediately brought mattresses for them and didn't even ask me if I wanted them. The same during serving meals - there are waiters who even they carry plates to some guests and won't even ask others what to drink. Third, the choice of food is very large, but unfortunately some of the dishes are not tasty at all - the meat was usually dry, the mousse had a pudding-like consistency, etc. Also, I've noticed that whenever a bigger group of Germans arrived served food was much better. Fourth, animators seems to be not prepared. They weren't able to convince people to join and also I think people weren't up to them because they saw how they look like. However, evening's live concerts were really nice. Fifth, it was hard to fall asleep on a sunbed or even relax because someone was constantly coming to offer something - massage, trip, snorkeling or diving, etc. It would be enough to tell during introduction what's available and then allow guests to come for more information of they are interested. People come to relax, not to be hassled all day. The thing I don't like the most is to be treated like a second-class guest. Normally question "where are you come from?" is a start of a small talk, but at the resort I sometimes had an impression it's to check if you're worth the attention or not. For sure if the resort wants to get better reviews should improve the situation with the staff, especially those at restaurant.
The resort is huge, modern, kept in good condition and very clean. Room are specious, clean and with all all facilities. Water in swimming pool is very clean. I don't know how they do it, but they don't use chlorine, what's great. Beach is very nice with access to snorkeling spot on site. Sunbeds, but in general all furniture, are almost like new.

The food is varied and has something for everyone. The service is attentive and quick. The hotel offers a great restaurant with three meals a day. In the evening there is a good selection of drinks in various places. The perfect location in the bay with direct access to the reef is unbeatable.
