DenmarkHad a fantastic stay at Maritim Jolie Ville Resort with my family. All the staff was very friendly and helpful, we even received a free upgrade! The room was clean and spacious and the pool area well kept and not over-crowded. The beach is beautiful and the best in Sharm. A special thanks to Katerina for her assistance, we’re definitely coming back!

The food(exquisite chefs and great waiters Mr. Emad specifically, the atmosphere, its friendly staff, its animation team and last but not least its receptionists who were more than accommodating to all of our needs. The hotel is like heaven. It’s location is perfect,15 min. Away from the AirPort and Soho square,5-10 min.away from old city&Sahaba Mosque and right NeXT to a great Street of Naama Bay.everything was top quality,hotel staff was very helpful.They did everything they could to make my stay perfect! Cleaning is excellent,the beach is unique,colorful fishes swims with you,Wi-Fi was available everywhere for free,breakfast was very well done. It is such a well quilified hotel. Once you set a foot in it,you feel like you are in a paradise. They provide a lot of activities,you can enjoy your holiday without going out of the facility,if that is your type of vacation. I personelly thank every single staff for making this journey perfect for me.Especially Katerina who made sure that i felt safe & secure,since i am a solo traveller,it was very important for me.XOXO:)

When I first arrived it was late at night. I didn’t like my room because it was very loud near the disco. Straight away they moved me to a nicer room, no charge. They also provided us with food in the room, as the all inclusive had finished by this time. The staff are absolutely exceptional and can’t do enough for you. A special mention to the two bar staff Nader Magdy and Ahmed, who were excellent. The gardener Salmi worked incredibly hard and was so nice. Katerina went above and beyond to help in any way she could. On the last day we had to check out at 12 but our flight was not until 10pm. Katerina let us keep our room and all inclusive no charge. She also printed off my boarding pass. I would 100% recommend this hotel.

Very good location with nice size swimming pool , children pool and private beach. We moved to this hotel as we initially booked a different hotel in the area and we did not like what we found there. The hotel staff is very friendly and attentive making sure we had all that we needed. We were in the area with rooms that were not recently renovated but that worked fine with as, as we were closer to the restaurants and beach. We were offered a newly done room in Palm Ares but it was a fair distance to travel with kids. Food was very good, fresh and varied.congratulations to Chef Daniele, especially for the food in the Italian restaurant, we loved it! We booked also a massage, would recommend it, staff was very good. The beach was clean and had everything that we needed. Everyone was very friendly and patient with the kids.

The resort location is perfect ! Has private beach access and close to Naama Bay shopping avenue. Many kinds of food and the hotel is well maintained. Also the staff is very polite, kind and helpful. TurkeyBathroom was not clean enough when we first entered the room. We found some hair in the bath but other parts of the room was very clean. More spraying should be done for mosquitoes in the garden. First 2 days, we got bitten a lot.
Breakfast met my expectations and I can say that we never had been hungry. Always we had found something to eat and they were good. Location is probably the best in Naama Bay. Hotel is very close to downtown of the Naama. Even though they forgot us in the airport when we arrive, they gave the opportunity of late check-out(I mean really late like 11pm) and free transportation when we left. Thats why I am happy that they compensate their mistakes(Mistakes can happen, I am okay with it). Thanks Amr for that. Room service was good. We met with Mohammed who is the housekeeper and works always with a smile and his work has not any mistake.
