Had a fantastic stay at Maritim Jolie Ville Resort with my family. All the staff was very friendly and helpful, we even received a free upgrade! The room was clean and spacious and the pool area well kept and not over-crowded. The beach is beautiful and the best in Sharm. A special thanks to Katerina for her assistance, we’re definitely coming back!

What we appreciate most is the service provided by the staff, they are very helpful in answering all my questions. Jolie Ville is a remarkable resort. Simply the best! The food(exquisite chefs and great waiters Mr. Emad specifically, the atmosphere, its friendly staff, its animation team and last but not least its receptionists who were more than accommodating to all of our needs. If you are looking to pamper your family this is the place to go. Ahmed, Amr snd katerina at the reception will make sure you are a happy camper!

The hotel is like heaven. It’s location is perfect,15 min. Away from the AirPort and Soho square,5-10 min.away from old city&Sahaba Mosque and right NeXT to a great Street of Naama Bay.everything was top quality,hotel staff was very helpful.They did everything they could to make my stay perfect! Cleaning is excellent,the beach is unique,colorful fishes swims with you,Wi-Fi was available everywhere for free,breakfast was very well done. It is such a well quilified hotel. Once you set a foot in it,you feel like you are in a paradise. They provide a lot of activities,you can enjoy your holiday without going out of the facility,if that is your type of vacation. I personelly thank every single staff for making this journey perfect for me.Especially Katerina who made sure that i felt safe & secure,since i am a solo traveller,it was very important for me.XOXO:)

The only negative was building work taking place. Sometimes loud drilling and banging

When I first arrived it was late at night. I didn’t like my room because it was very loud near the disco. Straight away they moved me to a nicer room, no charge. They also provided us with food in the room, as the all inclusive had finished by this time. The staff are absolutely exceptional and can’t do enough for you. A special mention to the two bar staff Nader Magdy and Ahmed, who were excellent. The gardener Salmi worked incredibly hard and was so nice. Katerina went above and beyond to help in any way she could. On the last day we had to check out at 12 but our flight was not until 10pm. Katerina let us keep our room and all inclusive no charge. She also printed off my boarding pass. I would 100% recommend this hotel.

Lovely stay! We really enjoyed the long vacation. Staff are wonderful and so helpful and friendly. Room was so beautiful in the sports area. Would definitely do it again!! Thanks Katerina, Ayman, Ahmad at the reception and Ahmed from the sports area pool bar! You made our stay much more beautiful!

Only problem is bathroom is small.

Firstly we would like to thank you for free pick up from Airport on midnight. After that hotel is amazing. Especially beach and sea perfect. The all meals has huge range. Animation team and night activities is really effective. We would like to thank you Mr. Karim from animation team for all support. The room is big and clean.

it is a pity that the aicondition cannot be regulated, it is either on or off. we loved our room at the Palm Area and the view in the evening, very peacefull and calm.

Very friendly and helpful Guest Relation Lady named Katerina who gave us information and helped us with some issues. Also her colleague Ayman was very friendly. Cleanliness A bit more variation of soft drinks

Very good location with nice size swimming pool , children pool and private beach. We moved to this hotel as we initially booked a different hotel in the area and we did not like what we found there. The hotel staff is very friendly and attentive making sure we had all that we needed. We were in the area with rooms that were not recently renovated but that worked fine with as, as we were closer to the restaurants and beach. We were offered a newly done room in Palm Ares but it was a fair distance to travel with kids. Food was very good, fresh and varied.congratulations to Chef Daniele, especially for the food in the Italian restaurant, we loved it! We booked also a massage, would recommend it, staff was very good. The beach was clean and had everything that we needed. Everyone was very friendly and patient with the kids.

There is nothing I can say, everything was perfect

The resort location is perfect ! Has private beach access and close to Naama Bay shopping avenue. Many kinds of food and the hotel is well maintained. Also the staff is very polite, kind and helpful. I want to thank Katherina and Ayman, the hotel managers, who always offered their help and support with a big smile. I also want to thank Hani from dining room for being so helpful. Cant wait to be back and already recommended my friends and family.

Bathroom was not clean enough when we first entered the room. We found some hair in the bath but other parts of the room was very clean. More spraying should be done for mosquitoes in the garden. First 2 days, we got bitten a lot.

Breakfast met my expectations and I can say that we never had been hungry. Always we had found something to eat and they were good. Location is probably the best in Naama Bay. Hotel is very close to downtown of the Naama. Even though they forgot us in the airport when we arrive, they gave the opportunity of late check-out(I mean really late like 11pm) and free transportation when we left. Thats why I am happy that they compensate their mistakes(Mistakes can happen, I am okay with it). Thanks Amr for that. Room service was good. We met with Mohammed who is the housekeeper and works always with a smile and his work has not any mistake.
