The beach is spectacular staff very friendly specially the front desk. Very clean hotel. Very joyful activities done by animation team. Location is fantastic , close to anything you might need.

Draconic rules for swimming pools, Not inflatables allowed, not allowed to play with a ball, not allow to jump in the pool (even for getting in normally feet first), not allowed to do anything. The lifeguards main job is to monitor you follow these rules and you wish you did not use the pool. Swimming pools close at 6:30 pm. Rooms a bit outdated, A/C noisy.

Good open buffet. Flexible, they've accepted to add an extra bed for the child. Reasonable facilities. 1 swimming pool, 2 children's small paddling pools, and one slides pool. Very few sunbeds near the pools, but lifeguard removes towels unattended for over 1 hour. Good value for money.

the room was so tiny comparing to rest of standard room in the same category . i was request 1 queen bed with extra bed to pay for what i receive is 3 single beds instead beside the crib the room became jammed and no place to move inside i ask for paid upgrade there was no avaliability

food is good beach is good facility over all we love it . this is my 3rd visit i like the place over all but the rooms and furniture need to reinnovate as soon as possible .

The room was very small, with the air conditioning directly blowing onto the bed without the possibility to change the airflow direction.

The hotel staff were generally cooperative, whether in room service or at the beach, swimming pool, and restaurant. Special thanks to Hotel GM Mr. Bahaa Sadek for his good hospitality and handling guest's comments.

Seabed number at the beach and way to reserve one as all of them are occupied by towels at 08.00 in the morning.

6th time visiting Minamark - one of my favorite hotels in Hurghada because of the location and facilities. Last was 2019 and I can see only improvements compared to my last visit. The staff is pleasant, polite and quite helpful - special thanks to Mr. Raouf who took care of our room number 722 - room was always very nicely cleaned and with fine decoration and supply of towels and bottled of water. Wi-Fi signal improved with additional cheap paid service is available for all the hotel. Food was also well prepared, not to mention additional paid restaurants and the exceptional seafood restaurant near to the beach bar called - Sea bride. New big screen (200") TV screen near the main restaurant and bar with running live sport events also surprised me positively. Beach and water sport facilities also are improved with the only drawback - limited number of the beach seabeds.

Poor entertainment activities. A few staff members wasn't really keen on service. Limited space, make it hard to find a place on beach at busy times.

Location was great, in the heart of the town. Beach is nice, food was good and restaurant service variable dishes.

Checking out, we were due a final lunch as we checked in at 14.45 and had eaten at our previous resort. The female receptionist was extremely rude shouted at and across us in Arabic. We stood for approximately 15 minutes, then given the usual yellow bands for a meal and Soft Drinks. This we found embarrassed the bar staff who we have known for over 3 years, a call was made to management and our usual order of "2 beers" was allowed. Our friend Sara also had a similar problem . This unfortunately was our final memory, which is sad and we are unlikely to return.

Location is good in the hustle and bustle of Hurguada, the hotel is clean and the staff are friendly and helpful, The private beach is beautiful as are the gardens. The rooms are being updated. This was our 4th visit, 7 full weeks in total. Thanks to Mina in housekeeping, Mohammed pool bar and "Mario" the gardener...Hello! all outstanding and our ever smiling friend from Starbucks whose name escapes me.

The staff is pleasant and helpful. I want to thank Mr. RAUOF who cleaned our room number 702. He was very pleasant and helpful. Our room was always very nicely cleaned and he never forgot to decorate our beds with towels. Thank you very much and we wish the hotel to have more and more such employees.

The thing I didn’t like is that I went to the show to attend the last song they told me it’s ok to sit , then one man came and told me it’s not allowed without reservation and that I have to leave according to boss orders, the song had been finished and all people were leaving including me so it was just strange when you are about to leave and someone tells you hey you have to leave you are not allowed to sit here. It was kind of rude and embarrassing thing. I didn’t like that behavior.

Everything was good, the staff there specifically Hasan the receptionist was professional. The food was clean ,tasty but boring. I had some trouble with the room, they changed it as soon as possible, that was nice.

When I wanted to extend my stay in this hotel I had problems at the reception because they wanted to rip me off by charging me 180 euros more, when the difference was 18 euros.
