Our room was connected to another room and we were hearing everything coming from this other room which was really annoying. The shop with spices is a bug scam. Puts overpriced prices and the man is lying about the weight of the products.

The staff was exceptional. Mohamed the bar manager became my personal host I felt like a VIP. From the time he introduced himself upon my arrival to checkout I knew if I saw him he would take car of my needs. The recommended Italian dinner on the bar terrace and the Lebanese dinner by the riverfront was right so pleasing. The accommodations were very comfortable, clean and well maintained. The hotel had everything you could need on the property. Truly a resort style destination. Looking forward to a return trip to Nile Palace.

The street sellers were a bit off-putting and gathered around knowing that the residents were probably fairly wealthy otherwise no complaints.

The room was well appointed and we had a view of the river. The staff were knowledgeable, competent and friendly. we have added a photo taken from our balcony.

It was perfect!

This is a stunning property along the Nile. After a busy day touring, it was so relaxing lounging in the beach chairs along the Nile, watching the feluccas and the sunset. Spectacular!! The breakfast buffet is delicious from eggs made to order to falafels, fresh dates, salads, so much variety. We had a very comfortable room with a balcony overlooking the interior courtyard. It was very quiet and comfortable. Slept peacefully every night. Wouldn’t stay anywhere else.

There were some minor design things in our room that were not well thought out (e.g., access to the toilet paper) and the floor was not particularly clean. We ate dinner at 3 of the restaurants but found the portions rather small.

The room was very nice and the bed comfortable. The breakfast buffet was fine, especially the omelettes. All the staff were very helpful. The overall decor and layout of the hotel are excellent.

The room floor makes noise when you walk except for bare foot. The standing shower was small compared to the room size (the size I think smaller than mentioned on the Booking.com.

Location of this hotel in Luxor is super, the old is a bit old and the rooms are bit old fashioned. The facilities in the hotel are very good and there a lot of restaurant options

The customer relations, the receiption staff, the hotel, the equipment was totally perfect. We had stayed in a room which has a beautiful view of Nile where the receiption has made an upgrade to us. Thanks the staff for all.

We didn’t have the best experience at the Thai Restaurant. My husband’s order was incorrect and we noticed the chef and manager exchanging loud words after we pointed it out.

The hotel is clean and well maintained. The pool is a good size with a great view of the Nile and mountains. We loved dining at Casa di Napoli and ate there every day of our stay. The waiter, Abdallah, and chef, Ahmed, were personable and significantly enhanced our experience.

Room is small. We waited for almost 40 mins for our main course coming in Thai restaurant and finally missed sunset sailing time

breakfast is good. We took a nile view table and enjoy the breakfast. Thai restaurant also tastes good. They have live performance during dinner time

The booking process on booking.com was a little frustrating. When we first booked I was sure I had breakfast included and that I had selected 2 adults and 1 child, (13). But once I had made the booking these had dropped off and we had to pay on top. Perhaps it was my mistake, but this didn't happen on the other rooms I booked on the holiday.

Breakfast was amazing, in fact all the food was very good. Staff were so friendly and always helpful. The hotel was very clean. All absolutely perfect for us as a family. Thank you for much.
