Cleaner was very annoying knocking on the door every time we went back to the room even letting him self in while we were in bed wanting tips , had to give him £10 and tell him to stop hassling us which he did until the following day luckily we was leaving that day , other than that everything else was perfect would return 100%

Sales people were VERY pushy - ask for a red flag whilst sunbathing if you don't want to be bothered (as much). Spa was expensive for what you got

You couldn’t swim a lot in the sea because you keep getting whistled back

A Very good place to enjoy during vacation on the beach, high standard services, Swimming pool, very beautiful views, also good restaurants and drinks and chairs for tourists to enjoy the Red Sea.

A gorgeous hotel with beautiful and well-kept grounds. Very good location. Super nice and professional staff, they provided a high level of service and made sure your stay at the hotel was absolutely memorable and perfect. The food selection is rich and delicious. The rooms are tastefully furnished, have a wonderful view and are very clean. Private clean beaches. Entertainment with live music every night. High-end spa and beauty salon services. Highly recommended

The food quality was inconsistent. The freshness of some of the items at breakfast were questionable. There are many choices though, so not a big problem.

People can become to familiar at times .

I really liked the part of the Hotel I was staying looking over at the sea front. I liked the fact I could pay bills weekly to steady the flow of them and relax with it.

Great staff - from Salah on Reception, to Romany, Mohammed and the lifeguard team, to Ahmed in the entertainment team, to Isaac, Mohammed and Emad serving at the beach bar and poolside, to Milad and Nessim at the restaurant by the sea and many others! Warm pools. Outdoor spa pool was good. Great snorkelling. Excellent food choices. All Inclusive worked well for us. Good size room and comfortable, fairly soft bed. Lots of outdoor space and a peaceful break.

The place was fantastic. The hotel was clean. The food was nice and the locations was good. There was a care taker that was very kind and helpful and cleaned my mums room everyday his name is Milad..he made my mums stay extra special.

Nothing not to like!

What is there not to like? This hotel is fabolous ! The hotel has a really nice decoration, exclusive but yet not too extravagant. It feels like an upgraded high-end home away from home, maybe thanks to the always smiling, welcoming and super friendly staff. The hotel manager Mister George is also a man of great hospitality. The concierge service is super, receptionists as well. Everything is so well organized for you to have the greatest holiday. Food and beverage is first class, a big variation of food for all meals. The presentation of the food is delicate and esthetic. Taste wonderful and absolutely no trouble for the stomach. The waiters are extraordinarily sweet, helpful and attentive. Thanks to Ismail for always waiting for me there. The housekeeping is so good and everything is spotless and clean. They really make an effort to make your room a good place to be. Comfortable beds, amazing view when you have a sea view. The hotel is not new, but it’s clean and has an atmosphere. Thanks to Khaled for super housekeeping! The spa is good, maybe a little expensive. Had a great massage VIP performed by Sandra. The gym is ok. The gardens and pools are perfect, the private beach is super. Swimming and snorkeling just by the hotel seaside is amazing. It’s like an aquarium with all the colorful fish and corals. The waiters serve you even at the beach - thanks Michael! They have a diving center and rental for snorkeling. There is a free shuttle to Namaa Bay. They assisted me when my suitcase was lost. A huge thanks to absolutely all the wonderful staff who made my holiday so memorable! I hope to return .

Hotel in great location near everything have so many amenities nice size jacuzzi the spa is very nice and clean

Although rooms are nice and functional there might be coming to the time for renovation.
