Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We are currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.

TurkeyWe made our reservation as a privilage class of Sunrise Hotels. Posh Club. I should mention about that first of all. Before we arrived, our personal asistant Mina get in contact with me. Asked for all details and our demands. Arranged transfer from airport. Accommodated us in a beatiful villa with private pool just near the sea. It is not finished at there, he tried to make our vacation unforgettable during whole our stay. He cared with us better than our own. Made arrangements for a la carte's, gave advices... He was always far to us just one step. But i shouldn't forgot the other Posh Club Team. Shahenda, Khalil, Sayed.. Sorry for the other i couldn't remembered their names. We were like a guest at their homes. We never felt like a customer. Finally i want to mention about the last night before we left. It was my wifes birthday. They decorated our table , arranged us a surprise party. We danced together, sang together. Whole night they were near to us , we felt like we are in a big party with our friends. I send our greetings to all of them from here again and again. Yes Hotel is nice , meals are nice, activities shows are nice but if i would come to Crystal Bay again, The main reason will be that the great hospitability of that team. Kind Regards

United KingdomWonderful stay at the family swim up suite room 458. Brilliant services from the moment you arrive. Extraordinary room service and very cheerful staff. Mr Abdelaziz and Mr Eid were really welcoming and helpful. Restaurants are very nice with a variety of food everyday. We enjoyed our stay and wound definitely comeback again.

United KingdomThe Mediterranean restaurant was definitely the weak point, and the food and service were incomparable to the fabulous standards in all of the others.
From the moment we checked in, we felt very well looked after. All of the staff, without exception, were smiling, helpful and courteous and anything that we asked for was attended to promptly. The restaurants (with the exception of the Mediterranean) were fantastic. The quality and selection of food on offer was exceptional, with the areas kept clean and hygienic and immaculately tidy. There were plenty of sunbeds with large terraces, meaning no early rising was necessary to reserve our place!

Super nice hotel. Very comfortable and warm room. The room was very spacious and clean. Great chef, the buffet is better than expected. Friendly and personal service, the staff were all very friendly and helpful and no request for assistance was a problem for them. We would definitely stay there again.

United KingdomBeds were comfortable but not luxurious. The place had the feel that it was probably built in the mid 2000s and while there's been some modernisation some of the fixtures and fittings are feeling their age. e.g. some loose decking, grout degrading, old rugs, sofas not super comfortable, etc. We were there February, so didn't really need AC, but when we did turn it on it was louder than most systems. The sauna room is a bit small, so if four people are using it (and that is a squeeze) you have to wait. The lunches at posh club didn't quite match the breakfasts. They were more mass market chain restaurant standard, if you're comparing to the UK. If anything the main buffet was better for lunches. The standard of food was excellent for Egypt, but don't go there expecting every restaurant to be a premium, by UK standard, experience in terms of food. Service however was wonderful. Beer - there's only one standard 'lager', even in posh club. Cocktails - some were excellent, bloody marys, Margaritas, some tasted a bit syrupy and like a spirit with some juice in (whiskey sour). But this I think is par for the course in Egypt. While this list is long, they are all minor things I thought management might like to see - the place is excellent and you will not regret chosing it. It is a 10/10 stay.
High end feel. Lots of great assets if you're there with 'Posh Club', e.g. Cabana, quieter end of resort, on tap help, own restaurant area. Everyone is friendly, smiles and wants to help. Mina the butler was especially helpful and nothing was too much trouble. If you need advice or something it will be sorted. A big thank you to him and his team. The kids zone was a good asset, thanks to the staff there. As was the evening kids entertainment like the disco. The gardens were wonderfully well kept and made the whole place feel designed and enjoyable. There were other fun things around like giant chess and bowls. Breakfasts, coffee and orange juice in Posh Club were first rate, definitely on par with what you'd expect at somewhere premium in the UK. Pools lovely + heated + access to slides at next door hotel. The Buffet was excellent with an incredible variety of food and well presented too. One evening there was special entertainment with dancers in the Yades restaurant, this a lot of fun.

The reserved cabana by the beach and our room was excellent. The concierge service was amazing - Mohamed looked after us so well! Our girls liked the aqua park next door which we could use for no charge. The Posh Club was lovely and they looked after us so well on our wedding anniversary! Although the hotel was fully booked it didn't seem like it - the pool was sometimes empty when we swam in it. We also enjoyed the White Party and the other entertainment such as the aqua fit and the aqua trampoline. All in all a great stay!

Fantastic personel, way above what we expected. Mohamed Ayed in reception had the ''we fix it'' atitud, nothing was impossible and all with a smile. Pool personel, towel guys, bartenders all around allways with a smile and a joke. Special mention for the Verstapen gang of the golf cart drivers, allways smiling and allways ready to carry guests at any time of night and day. The animation gang high fives, from 10 in the morning untill late at night, a few dance steps, some jokes made us feel sooo good!The soroundings,gardens/trees were like an exhibition with artistical personel who kept everything like they were preparing for a photo shoot. Room allways clean, the fridge was kept with plenty of water/drinks. Special high marks for restaurant events for New Year. We traveled around the world, been in restaurant business for 40+ years never seen such an exceptional display both quality wise and endless number of choices. Top restaurants Best Nr 1 Mediteranean close second 2 the main restaurant. Best pastry, they can win prizes even in France. Keep up the good work people!! We will return!!!!
