Everything! The resort is exceptional - we got a newly renovated room, and we paid for a basic room but they gave us VIP service on arrival with access to all the VIP facilities and restaurants. The staff was very kind and helpful, always smiling and giving more than asked. Big kudos to Rezk at the reception, Khaled from the beach and Mahmoud (he had an bandage on his hand - the managers will know who I'm talking about). They put a smile on our faces at every interaction with us, and were very helpful with everything. I would definitely recommend the resort to anyone. Ignore those low ratings on booking, I can't imagine why anyone would give less than 10/10. Greetings to all the staff from Croatia, and we will come back to our second home for sure.

We arrived in the early morning and we can have early check in from 10am for free. Until that we can have food and drinks from the lobby bar. Rezk and all the people from reception was very helpful. We got sea view family room which was newly renovated and big. We feel ant home ourselves and the aqua park is with lots of to do and fun. We got VIP armband for lounge and VIP breakfast. The food was much more better than we expected. 4 or 5 restaurants were included also in the plan. Clean rooms, pool are and clean beach.

First of all, i want to extend special gratitudes to our dear receptionist Eslam as he made everything easier and more comfortable for us that was really beyond the expactations. A part from that, the cleanliness of the room and common areas were really great as the stuff is really hardworking and smiling. Kitchen was great that enabled us to taste delicious tastes from different cusines. To make the story short, We enjoyed a lot and looking forward to stay again in Titanic Beach. Last but not least, special thanks to Eslam for all the support.

our stay was perfect the place is very clean, staff are very kind, helpful and friendly, food was awesome and aqua park was safe full of fun. it's our 2nd visit and will never be the last thanks to Ms Maria tharwat at the reception she was very helpful, friendly and professional she helped us so much through our stay ❤️ The Japanese restaurant is a must try the food was very tasty and we had so much fun thanks to chief Khaled Jebreel. Mosquito's in the room but the staff were all really helpful and did alot to fix this situation for me.

Amazing hotel and staff. Reception manager Mr Ahmed is very helpful and the lady Virna did everything possible to make us comfortable. Kaream gamal is exceptional at his job and also very helpful (billman). The bar staff were great too especially hassan. Also the food is fantastic and caters to everyone! The restaurant manager Mr Ahmed is always happy to help. Very nice staff and the room was clean and comfortable. Also it was my birthday and the cleaner Mahmud did a fantastic job decorating the room to make my day even more special.

Dinner and lunch were moderate and almost served in a fixed menu shape. Animation was not that good.

The staff was very helpful. specially Mr.Ammar at the reception was very proessional and cooperative ...and so was Mr.Mena in the chinese restaurant. In the main restaurant, a cake for my daughter and a celebration were prepared in a few minutes. The aqua was very good and life guards did their job as expected.

The Italian restaurant isn’t that good and the Chinese restaurant is very little portions and we didn’t get the order right the first two times and they forgot our appetizers which was delivered after the main course so ofc we skipped the dessert.

The staff are really helpful and friendly especially Mr Eslam at front desk he was available 24/7 on whatsapp and helped getting everything done perfectly anytime of the day. The food is good not excellent it just needs more variation and more trained chefs to adjust the taste better. The aqua park and pools are awesome and the guards are so attentive so this is a huge plus. Everyone was so helpful to ensure our stay goes perfectly and it was really good thank you all and it definitely won’t be our last visit.
