1- i stayed more than an hour to check in. 2- Some objects in the room were either broken or over used like the Curtain had holes in it , The Fridge was making ice. 3- it didn't have neither free drinks or snacks on the beach or the pool

1- Hotel Staff was very helpful and professional, Worth to mention "Ahmed Said" from House Keeping he was so helpful 2- Pools were clean and the pool guards were always paying attention 3- Pools design is very good, you can leave your kids without worrying, it's safe 4- The Room's View, Size and devices were very good 5- The Hotel Animation Team was good, especially at night. 6- Both beaches were Very Good especially the wooden one 7- The Cafe there was also good.

Our reservation was for two deluxe sea view rooms but when i got to the room i found that they were at basement level which is the ground level direct on the pool, and you can’t a glimpse of the sea, so i went back to the receptionist who made our check in and informed him about the situation and his response was very odd to me, at first he claimed that this in the hotel system the rooms he gave us is sea view rooms so i explained to him that the rooms are on the ground floor and you can not see the sea at all then he started to convince me that he there isn’t any available rooms with sea view, then i asked him how there is no rooms when i made my reservation two weeks ahead and they accepted it, then he said he will try to make one room available as if he is making me a favor but when i said that that is not acceptable and that he is not making me a favor to say he will try for one room, then he said to come back to him after 4 pm to check again, i came back after that time has passed to another receptionist and I explained to him the situation then he said the rooms will be ready in one hour then i came back to him after that time and the rooms were ready, so i took about 3 hours and 4 visits to the reception to get the rooms i booked. Food was fine, but dessert was not at all, all desert looked the same but with different colors and tasted the same which was not good

The hotel was nice and clean, Rooms were nice and clean nothing to complain ,We were in rooms 1427 and 1431, the sea view from the 4th floor was very beautiful, bellman and house cleaning staff were very friendly, food was not bad but it missed something, in general the place is nice and we would come back.

The restaurant mezza & grill "B Floor". I didn't like it. Because, the quality of food and the variety was different from the main restaurant "G Floor". Additionally, one of the staff asked us for a last order at 9:00 PM!! While we are having our dinner in an open buffet that should last until 10:00 PM. That's why the second day we headed to the main restaurant directly. One more thing. Please, you must have Egyptian soft drinks products like (V Cola, Spiro Spatis) as I am boycotting other brands.

I liked mostly everything from the luxurious entrance experience, the room view, ALL the staff positive vibes and friendly attitude, they gave us the best experience that we deserve. One of my favorites is the beach! ⛱️ They got 3! Sandy beach and the direct pool lookalike access + swimming with the amazing colorful fish 🐠. We have seen dolphins 🐬 too! Special thanks to Ahmed Saeed the lovely housekeeping guy! We will come again for sure. One more thing, Breakfast is outstanding!

Great modern hotel, nice private beach, very spacious rooms honestly some of the biggest hotel rooms you can get for the price. Modern TV with mirroring function in the room. Great modern central AC.Moderately sized heated pool.

Nothing, Unless the room service didn't clean up my room for the rest of my stay, but while I made a complaint, the staff there solved my issue quickly.

Liked the location of the hotel very much, as well as the cable car ride, the sea, the view, and the cleanliness. Special thanks to Mr. Islam for the good reception and the speed of completing check-in procedures and handing over the rooms.
