We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

Switzerlandthe positive reviews appear fabricated. It may be “yards” from the golf course as the crow flies but it is miles by car and to walk to it you risk life and limb. Breakfast is not included unless you count a cup of coffee as breakfast. The 4 star rating has to be false. So the issue is just about having the right expectation. The blurb on Booking is downright misleading.

United KingdomIt is very basic and next to a busy road. We had two dogs with us and there is no real place to have a walk with them- just to take them for a quick wee. It is all build up with new properties and many are still in construction. It is a pity there is no green space for the mind, heart and the lungs. Instead every single bit of green is turned into concrete. I wouldn't recommend to venture outside the hotel in the dark for a walk or going to dinner outside the hotel.
It served our purpose as a stop over while travelling. It is clean, felt safe and is not far from the motorway.

The staff were all great, welcoming and helpful. Spacious room with fridge and large bathroom. Everything was clean and worked. Small private terrace. Dog friendly. Good dinner menu, very well cooked. Limited breakfast choice but the scrambled eggs were far better than many pricey hotels and the bread was fresh.

They really did the extra mile. My baby was sick (stomach problems for 2 weeks) and they gave her prepared rice every morning and evening, for free. I absolutely LOVED the pool. The stairs were really good for a 1-year-old child. Staff spoke English. Food was delicious!! Spacious room. I loved it!!!

Very romantic, pretty hotel with a lovely garden. Ideal for weddings. Rooms were nice with a cute French terrace that looks into the garden. Bathroom was great with a standing floor shower. Not a bathtub. Provided a lot of amenities. At least there was CNN for english TV. Free parking and pets allowed was very helpful for us.

United KingdomWe arrived at the hotel at around 6.00 in the evening after traveling 800kms by road, there were no clear signs to the car park so we drove up and down past the main entrance to the hotel a few times, we eventually parked on what must have been the staff car park, we walked to the entrance (thankfully leaving our luggage in the car ) to be told we were in the wrong car park which was up a side road that from the main road you would notice it was the hotels car park. We were hungry and tired after our long journey and was then told there was no food available until 8.30 . There was a bar but no bar snacks available, we did use the bar and had to wait for someone to serve us as there was no one around, we went to reception to ask if we could order a drink , a very pleasant waitress appeared served us and then dissapeared, when we came to pay we could not find her and again had to go to reception to ask for someone to help us to pay our bill. as we were leaving the hotel very early the following moring. . As the hotel was really quiet we found this remarkable. We also had to go out in the car to find food as there is nothing in walking distance to buy bread and cheese for our dinner at a local supermarket. It was not what anyone would expect at a 4 star hotel.
