Expensive, prepare to splash the cash here also location was interesting one, not a beachfront, near the docks, surrounded by the wasteland, which probably will be developed soon, but bonus was a free parking near by, as hotel charges 25 euros a night for a secured parking

Amazingly designed hotel, very luxurious rooms and general feel of the place, guests are very well looked after, gorgeous view from the roof top, very clean, superb breakfast and food in the restaurants, friendly staff, spa was great for a rainy day

Lifes too precious to focus on the frivolous things, there wasn't anything egregious to comment here.

Our stay here was incredible. Firstly, my wife and I travelled with our 11 month old, the hotel and its stuff were super welcoming, friendly and accommodating. The whole experience was incredible, the room (corner suite) was gorgeous, we'd have loved to have had the view of the marina but it is what it is, it was large, well kept, beautifully modern and tended to daily by housekeeping staff who to were extremely wonderful. The spa was insane, large, loads of different rooms and facilities, the gym had modern equipment well kept, the various outdoor spaces were stunning, great decor and general fengshui. But the rooftop was the jewel! Highly recommend this hotel, we actually intend to come back!

At the Peruvian roof top restaurant, we felt that the waitress took a dislike to us because we did not order the suggested cocktails or multiple dishes from the menu.

The team at reception & the roof top bar are an asset to this very comfortable hotel & spa. Throughout our stay, the team on reception & the housekeeping staff were so welcoming, friendly and completely guest focused. The hotel room was very comfortable. The sunbeds, spa and pool area lent itself to a very relaxing stay.

Kids were not allowed to use spa or top floor pools which was a pity for them and for us. We stayed at the cloud 9 suite, and while it was booked to include two kids beds, the kids were both sleeping on a sofa with a thin cover instead of a proper mattress. For the amount one pays, kids should be given proper beds.

Location is quite far from main attractions. It’s a good location for families wanting to stay on the resort and Santa Eulalia as they do have pools on the resort. Also very noisy in the room because the walls are thin so u hear everything from people walking/talking in cooridors, doors slamming bc they are heavy doors. Was harder to get into a deep sleep if you went to sleep around 1030pm… also lots of children at this resort.

It’s not really a small hotel. I was expecting a small luxury boutique hotel. But it felt more like a medium size resort - breakfast was very busy. Lots of families with children. It was a nice clean hotel with friendly staff. I think I may have been misled with the title “small luxury hotel of the world”

The bed could have been a bit softer, but it’s my personal preference.

Great location, walking distance to the local town center, easy access to restaurants, bars and the marina. Hotel is nice, well kept. Rich breakfast buffet and attentive staff. Pool and garden is nice with comfortable sun beds. There are also enough parking spaces in front of the hotel.

Got changed in communal spa shower when going away and wasn’t very nice - plaster off wall and not very clean

Some tiles in the spa/swimming area are loose/broken, that's a thing to get fixed. Everything was clean though.

Such a beautiful hotel on a great location. Very suitable for kids as well, but not too noisy. We had a wonderful free upgrade of our room. Everything was clean and complete. Staff was very kind and always helpful. Delicious breakfast!

Wasn’t a small luxury hotel. I’d say 4 star and no way 5 star. The little touches weren’t there. I found staff weren’t the most friendly either. Rather jaded.

Great view from the roof top, nice walk to the marina and restaurants, breakfast good. Got a better room as thought cloud 9 suite was facing mountain and we got sea facing.

Water and shower pressure was a genuine disappointment. Breakfast should have had a greater choice, for example there were no eggs at all in the buffet and the only way we could have them is by ordering an omelette. These are obvious wins for me and it would be difficult to fault the hotel otherwise.

The hotel was nice and had everything we wanted.

Gorgeous hotel, beautiful decor. The rooftop pool and restaurant are spectacular. The spa is luxurious. Massage was fantastic. Plenty of choice at breakfast. Loved the room and pretty much everything about this hotel.

Loungers on the grass by the pool substandard to those round the pool…no umbrellas for shade on the grassed area…staff lacking in service around pool area ie for drinks

Bathroom a little too open plan for me, I prefer a bathroom door. Roof top bar is great but (to be expected?) drinks on pricey side, even for Ibiza. 'Sea view' was not an uninterrupted sea view, there was a big white hotel directly in front of us. Sounds like I'm being a bit picky, but it's a five star hotel. Overall it was fabulous.

Room (404) was very comfortable, especially the bed. Rooftop bar and pool area are fab. Breakfast is fantastic!

The service was generally disappointing. From the time of arrival when despite several unoccupied staff looking at us from reception, no one came to help us getting bags out of the car which would have been good as I have just had back surgery. We ordered a light lunch which even after a reminder didnt arrive after 50 minutes. We gave up and decided that we wouldn't use the hotel for food or beverages at all for the week of our stay. Even the staff in the pool area when there were any didnt help with towels, chairs or umbrellas. more or less self service. no one came round offering drinks etc. The service generally was disappointing when everything else was so good. The room had a large bath with extended step which one had to step over to use the over-bath shower. Not particularly safe or easy particularly for elderly clients.

The position was perfect, just a five minute walk to the marina with a good choice of restaurants and just a few minutes further into the lovely town. Beautiful hotel, well maintained, clean and with excellent facilities with great pool and gardens. Spacious and well designed room with every comfort. Breakfast was very good
