Wi-Fi a bit patchy for me & pool was a bit too cold at times

The hotel itself would require a bit of refurbishment. Our room had marks on the walls, and the bathroom... Well that needs to be refurbished too, to say the least. Being a 4 star hotel, the cleaning quality wasn't too brilliant. I personally wasn't happy with the kitchen's standards of cooking meat overall, so I don't recommend having dinner here.

I liked the location of the hotel. It's out of the busiest areas, and there's a lot of directions to go for a walk. The balcony view is amazing even in the rare occasion when it's raining. I think the garden and swimming pool area is well maintained, it always looked spot on. The staff is polite and delightful. At breakfast, there's a good variety of foods.

There was no food in the bar although there is a menu, the single beds were not uncomfortable, the hotel is bit far from the centre of Maspalomas

The property is dated. Not like it's broken and stuff, but just old styled, paint peeling off in bathrooms and just old decor. Not 4 star. Need to pay for towels at pool. The dinner options on half board is minimal. Drinks and water are paid during dinner. Coffee at breakfast was not great. Juices has too much sugar.

Huge rooms. Coming from London, I can fit a 3 or even a 4 bedroom apartment in that space. Super spacious. There was even a Jacuzzi in the largest balcony I have ever got in any hotel. One king size bed in master and twin beds in the second bedroom. Walk-in wardrobes, his and her wash basin. Everything is clean and room service was great. TV, fridge freezer and a decent sized kitchen. Breakfast selection is good. Nice staff at the breakfast and dinner place. The staff at the reception were also very helpful. For £400 for 3nights, half board, I would say it is a bargain despite the minor negatives.

The room has seen better days. Some doorframes and fittings were falling apparat. Each morning on the balcony you could find rocks or some derby from other balconies (not trash from guests, but bits from the balconies themselves). The hotel felt a bit run down. Initially there were ants in our bathroom's sync.

The pool view from the room was excellent. The kitchen was fully stocked and everything worked. The parking by the entrance or on the street next to hotel was great! The breakfast and especially Christmas and NewYears dinners were exquisite.

Everything was fine, i read some negative comments about this place and i was shook, because the value for money is reasonable, they offer free parking and wifi and the premise and if there are a few flaws maybe they shouldn’t be judged that badly. We had no problems with the ants or bugs.

The apartments in the hotel are okay, for the price you pay they offer exactly what you paid for. They are spacious, have some basic home appliances and have a great ocean view.

The hotel is more of 3 starts than 4starts, we stayed for 8 night and even tho the maids come to clean they did not change the bed covers. The shower head turned green because it was dirty, shower head of the bath tub is broken. Some furniture were broken such as, dining chairs had cracked, side tables and dressers were broken. Hard mattress and pillows, I had aching body. Please please warm your pool, the water felt like it came from the freezer, the swam in the sea every day and it was much warmer than the hotels pool, by the way we travelled in January and the sea was warm enough to swim it. The location is really far from all the attractions, however the island have great bus services and a lot cheaper, some places are 1.50€, the bus stop is less than 10min walk. If you are a person of colour just bear in mind you might get looks, no one treated us bad however they gave us looks, only felt comfortable in Las palma. The bus stop by the hotel, someone left a graffiti which says “ negros” ( the bustop closest to the shop). Even thought we choose to ignore all this and choose to have a good time we will not return.

All the rooms had sea view apart from ground floor. Rooms are really big. They give you everything so you can cook with. The balcony is lovely too, you can see the sea and watch the sun. Lovely spa area. There’s a beautiful rock beach five minutes walk away, turn left outside the hotel, it is so lovely and quiet and nice to watch sunset in the morning. The hotel have a mini supermarket.

Dirt, no facilities as per booking and ABSOLUTELY DREADFUL RESTAURANT WITH RUDE BARTENDER . No sauna either.

Swimming pool in December/January was super cool, mich cooler than the ocean. The rooms were cleaned messy.

This hotel does not qualify for 4 ☆. No more than 3☆. The hotel is old. Breakfast at a rather low level.

A good hotel for holidays with children. Because the apartments are big for a low price.

1. Room interior requires some renovation, especially bathroom facilities 2. Children's playground has been dismounted 3. There is no own hotel beach acceptable for safe swimming 4. Water in local swimming pools is even colder than in the ocean (suppose because of the winter season) 5. During the dinner you have to pay for any drinks, even for normal water 6. Few last nights we were suffer from a strange sound from some technical system. But even hotel staff can't find the reason for that. My advice - do not take the first floor, since there is a service floor under.

Car parking area just in front of the hotel entrance 5. Food quality is quite good but the choice is not very varied 6. Few own swimming pools 7. Helpful and friendly staff

The shower was leaking water to the floor like a lot, and the floors were not clean. Otherwise its old hotel, but it's still good and nice :) Breakfast drinking glasses were dirty, and dishes I had to check every time before I used one.

The location is nice and the people working in the hotel were friendly.. the views is wonderful if you have a room with sea view over the pools.

Need to be at breakfast and dinner an hour before closing to have a good selection (signs advise 30 minutes). Whole place needs redecorating

- pillows were so bad, had stiff neck for a week - air conditioning could not be regulated. Either on or off, so if you sleep with AC on, bedroom will get very cold - rooms outdated and quite worn down, but you get what you pay for :)

+nice pool and views, good gym +you have everything for longer stays (toaster, pans, elet. kettle)

Location is a bit isolated for some. Some of the kitchen fittings and sofas are looking tired. Showers need anti slip mats. Some washing up liquid and a sponge should be provided in the kitchen.

Very spacious 2 bedroom apartment with huge balcony and 2 ensuites. Well equipped kitchen, good pool area. All balconies face ocean and are protected from strong winds. Friendly and helpful staff. Good value.
