The apartment doesn't have a microwave. I recommend to book the apartments with ocean view. The apartments on the first until 4th floor have only street view, with road construction going on.

The hotel is very central situated behind the shopping mall Cosmo. There's a supermarket right next door to the hotel and another one in the shopping mall. There are taxis at the end of the street, as well as many shops and restaurants. In the shopping mall is a Chinese restaurant that I highly recommend. The beach is nearby and can be easily reached on foot. The apartment was equipped with all the basics. Coffee machine is standard in the apartment but I recommend to do some preliminary shopping after check-in. There's op pool situated at the 4th floor, the pool although is not very big. The staff is friendly and helpful, some speak English and German.

Although we were self catering their was no kettle to boil water and no toaster. The first room we were in were in was awful, it was old and everything was well used. I think they are upgrading gradually. So were up graded for an extra 20 euro a night.

We asked to be moved from our first room and upgraded. The view was superb. The appartment was nice and roomy. Pool area was very nice and well kept.

Building and rooms are quite old. But it would be difficult to keep price so low in a new building. So if you are not gonna spend all day in the room - that's perfect choice im my opinion. More equipment in the kitchen (electric kettle etc.) would be perfect.

This hotel is a great value for money! Very cheap, with a pool, close to the beach. Great location and a wonderful sunset from the balcony! Very friendly and helpful staff.

Free WiFi was a little unpredictable No kettle or toaster, very limited cooking facilities, 2 ring hob, no oven or microwave, having said that hotel offers food, (Cosmo centre opposite has many restaurants bars etc easy to find food close by)

Strange smell in the reception lobby.

It was very clean and comfortable, basic but just what we needed after a bad experience in a 4*. Really nice balcony and stunning view. Beds and bed linen looked bright white and new.

Although really good overall, some basic things were missing, like soap in the bathroom or spices in the kitchen.

Perfect location, very close to the beach. We had room with bedroom and separate kitchen&living room which was perfect. There are shops and bars nearby.

Nightclub across the road partying till 6 am so if you like sleep You will need ear plugs.

Room 102. Wifi barely reaches the room, it's unusable. Power outlets in apartment were scarce, oddly located and some didn't work at all, had to charge phones one by one in the bathroom... There's no kettle for boiling water, you must use the 5L pot on the stove. The bedroom was located next to the outside corridor which made it fairly loud, and there's a window to that corridor that has a non-blackout curtain and the light is on all night long making it bright in the room and hard to sleep.

The staff was kind and mostly helpful. The pool area is lovely. Location is good.

‘Three day camel ride’ to the apartment via two lifts

a bit hard to find a spot for the car

I stayed just for 1 night since I had read from previous reviews that there is no air conditioning in the rooms. I loved the central position and the room was spotless. But what I loved the most was the staff, really nice and friendly folks - thanks Patrizia!

It was very hot in the sleeping room in the 9th floor, unfortunately there was no Ventilator

We had a late check in. The staff were not helpful, we called to ask for a fan since there was no air conditioning and they didn’t have fans either. They were all hired out. We asked for an extra towel and they didn’t have it. They couldn’t provide water either. And the check in was a late check in that took a lot longer that it should have. Specially since we had already advised of our arrival time but it looked like it was the first time they heard about it. We did book on the same day and confirmed all emails. Just disappointing over all.

The room was cleaned twice during 7 days of our stay, it's mean: changed the towels and tooke out the rubish. Lack of ac - but in the evening/at night it wasn't rather necessary.

The apartment is a bit outdated but still a good value for the price. We just slept there, everything was enough for us. Hotel is located on the central place of Morro Jable - close to the such a lovely beach, market (Super Dino), shops and restaurants.

Beds were hard and no air conditioning in the rooms, which made it quite difficult to sleep at night sometimes as it was so hot. Very difficult to access any free WI-FI too. (Even though we were given the code)

The location of the place was perfect, staff were quite friendly, rooms were clean and spacious, stunning views of the beautiful beaches (from the top terrace) nice swimming pool and easy to get a sun lounger.
