I got bed next to the door, so anytime the door was opened the cold blew on me. I got locked in bath as handle on the door was missing and somebody closed the door. Only ground beds had courtains.

My bed did not have the privacy cover that others had and it was a bit “windy” (thus cold) due to a door in front of it, but the staff did all they could to mitigate that.

Nicely located right on the Camino path, good facilities, nice hot shower, accessible and warm staff, nice shared facilities

I wish there was more than one hairdryer maybe but great aside from that!

Great location (opposite Aldi and on the Camino path). Helpful staff and clean!

i came in January (low season for camino) but the albergue was actually quite busy! Check in time by 5pm but wasnt aware that the reception staff would be gone after that so we had to sort out laundry etc. before the staff went off duty. Maybe putting this for confirmed bookings to note that would be helpful.

Nice location, central bus station & train station is opposite to the albergue make it convenient for the travelling. and a big supermarket nearby.

Hostel right beside the train station of Pontevedra, with pod beds which are very comfortable and private. The staff were very sweet and polite. Toilets were clean and shower was warm. Massive kitchen/common area where guests can watch movies and interact, kitchen is very well equipped with pans, large fridges, stovetop and microwave. Very good value for money, I actually stayed on this hostel twice both on my way and after coming back from Santiago

The hostel was a bit noisy even after 10pm. People smoking outside the window and chatting in the kitchen; mobiles ringing loud… for someone that had to wake up early it was not very restful.

Good value for money, comfortable bed, attentive staff.

Situated on the way in to town, on the Camino. It's a large and modern facility. There's enough space, the provided locker will fit a large backpack, and the bedrooms have AC.

No privacy curtain on top bunk A bit further south (1.5km) from the city center than we realized.

Very clean and comfortable. Bathrooms were convenient to sleeping area and if sufficient size to accommodate the quests. Large common area to lounge, cook or visit with others.

The rooms were far too warm at night. Also, for some ridiculous reason there was a motion sensor light right beside my bed at ankle level. Every time someone walked passed, or indeed I turned over in my bed or reached to drink from my water bottle, the light would turn in and shine directly at me. This would have been prevented by the curtain, but the room was way to warm to draw the curtain and enclose one’s self in effectively a hot box! I tried covering the light with a bin, but the light was still too bright!

Clean, reasonably priced and individual curtains and electrical sockets.

The party boys in my room were eating food, playing music and being very loud and obnoxious which is against the rules. I complained at front reception and she ignored me. They finally left for dinner but came back in @ 3am waking us up!

It would have been good if towels for drying the dishes were provided. Washed dishes were piled up on the draining boards and it was dangerous as plates and glasses could fall and smash.

Staff were exceptionally friendly, helpful and hard-working. The hostel was kept very clean and tidy. It was laid back and everyone was respectful and thoughtful towards others. The Wi-Fi worked well

Using the clothes washing and drying service is super pricy...

Nice and clean hostel, with surprisingly comfortable beds and a lot of space for your stuff. There was an Aldi just across the street, which was sooo great to get some food after a long day of walking. The kitchen area is also very well equipped, i would totally recommend this place if you are on the Camino.
