We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

United KingdomThe food at dinner was poor and cold. The dining room was like a canteen not a four star hotel. The bar had no ambience and often no staff. The bedroom was OK but no tea/coffee making facility. You could not get a hot drink between 22.00 and 8.00 the next morning. Definitely not a 4 star hotel.
The location was first class. The room was large and clean.

United KingdomHad a great two night stay at this Hotel in Villajoyosa which was a lovely little resort. All of the staff were so friendly and the Hotel was in an excellent location overlooking the Beach. Breakfast was very good with freshly cooked hot items made to order. Secure parking underneath the Hotel was good. Only issue in the resort is Sundays and Mondays it is a challenge to find restaurants open for Dinner.

PortugalThey only have entertainment one night a week. I think they could have more things going on (for the price we pay) I had an issue with one of the employees where I ended up losing money. I can understand that mistakes happen but they did not deal well with the situation. The manager of the employee came to us, didn't say a word to us and started doing stuff with our card that we didn't know about or asked for it. When we finally managed to talk to someone they admitted the mistake was theirs but that it was our problem that we lost money. They didn't even apologize to us for their mistake. I didn't like the way this was handled at all. Be aware that this hotel does not have towels for the pool, you have to either bring your own or buy one when you get there. I am not sure why this happens, I have stayed in another place in Spain where they did have pool towels. In conclusion I think that this hotel asks a lot of money for what it is. I have stayed in Spain at least 4 times in different places and this was the first time that I think that I spent more than what the place is worth.
The view from our room was so beautiful. The food was alright. Nothing too special but good.

The view from my room was spectacular, and the room was comfortable. The food was alright. Nothing too exciting, I stayed for over a week and not once did they do a themed night. I was also expecting more traditional food like tapas.

SpainA hand rail is needed to enter the pool. One set of steps very rickety Evening meal times were too late. 8:30 or 9:30pm. Would not book half board again TV remote did not match the TV. No menu to change language to English and only 2 English channels, both news ones.
