The building and the decor are little bit out of date and used, but the price was according to that.

The location of the hotel was very good, confortable getting to the ski lifts and slopes. The breakfast was good, small but good selections of the food. The most amazing of all were the stuff of the hotel! they made us feel so welcome helped us with everything we needed, let us check in earlier then we supposed to and also let us check out whenever we wanted. insure that they can't always do it, this was lower season moment but still it was very nice.

Nothing, the hotel was fab

Everything! The staff here were incredible, especially Joseph, so accommodating, he helped us when we were stuck at the train station, with our luggage, got me food to accommodate my allergies. All in all I can not fault this hotel and what they had to offer! Will be visiting again soon xx

Fantastic location, we were withing walking distance to Pistal Llarga and there are two very nice restaurants nearby. Breakfast served in the holel was delicios, and the staff were beyond nice, very attentive and friendly throughout our stay. We'd gladly come back here.

The only downside was the comfort of the beds: they were a bit too hard to my liking.

The staff was very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was especially great: the owner was taking orders for coffee or thee behind the bar, and the buffet offered a delicious assortment of local cheeses and meet cuts. Both bread and croissant were of very good quality. The location of the hotel was great, very close to the ski-lifts and with a supermarket and some restaurants just around the corner. The room was spacious and the beds were large. The bathroom had a great shower and even a whirlpool bath.

The hotel was very comfortable with the most warm, friendly, helpful staff. The room was very spacious with a lovely bathroom and power shower....welcome at the end of every day! Breakfast every morning was plentiful with a nice selection to choose from and lovely coffee. It was excellently situated close to the slopes/ lifts, restaurants and shops.

Not kettle in room for a decent tea or coffee at the end of a hard day on the slopes. No toiletries such as shower gel or soap in room.

Breakfast was quite basic but since we’ve been staying there only for the weekend a good coffee and croissant in the morning were all we needed

Walking distance to multiple restaurants (around 2min walk) that you will really appreciate after the whole day and even more important - close by to ski resort You don’t need to chase the parking space in the morning which makes it so much easier to enjoy Room was quite big and beds were very comfortable WiFi signal quite poor but we didn’t mind as our weekend was purely to disconnect and enjoy the snow

The location, the hotel deles Brandon New. the staff was amazing, súper accommodating, warmth and going beyond expectations for us to have a great experience. They offered us to take us to different places, they were super relaxed with our schedule and last minute changes. Extremely human, charismatic and legit. we would definitely come back to Amoretes.

The interiors are a bit outdated.

The hotel is very well located, just few minutes from the slops. It was clean, the heating was working well, there was always hot water available with good pressure, the beds were comfortable and overall it was clean and nicely quiet in the hotel. Also a separate space to storage the ski equipment. Good value for money.

Smell in the room

The place is good but there was a bad smell on one of our rooms due tha watever sewer problem and this was BAD.

Our room had a strong unpleasant smell. Opening the window helped, but every time we came in from the outside we felt this strong and unpleasant odor. Wifi did not work in our room - only worked downstairs in the lobby. Outdated, tiny TV screen - I have not see those anywhere in the last 10 years.

Great location - 10 minute walk to the ski lift. Decent size rooms. Comfortable beds.
