Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We are currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). For properties in these countries, the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out, and we may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old – or if the Accommodation has a change of ownership.
An Accommodation may choose to reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (what language a review is in, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). If you like, you can sort and/or filter them (by time of year, review score, etc.).
We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.

Very spacious apartment in good location. Swimming pool and facilities very clean. Nearest beach in a just few minutes away same as shopping center. Very quiet resort for people seeking relax in quite.

United KingdomThe decor is very tired and desparately in need of refresh The photos of the interior were from the original refurb some 10 years ago (I spoke we neighbours ) The pool photo shows an island and tennis court which were removed some 6 years ago . The dining table shows 6 chairs , we had 1 and 2 benches . The patio shows a table and 4 chairs , we had 2 . £ blinda in the kitchen windows were nt there at all

SpainThe apartment needs some serious maintenance... kettle is unusable and rusty inside had to boil a pan to make a hot drink, toaster didnt work as someone had broke it, cupboard doors hanging off in kitchen, outside sun canopy broke, desk and kids chairs in one bedroom so had to move furniture to pull bed out to allow person on higher bed to get out of bed without stepping all over you, bench to sit at table had bad water damage and felt like it would break, very run down feeling apartment, no privacy at all on bedroom window, kitchen and dining room window as they are low and everyone can walk past to go to the pool had keep persiannas down at all times. We had a message to say someone would collect our damage deposit at 9am on day after arrival we waited until 11am no one came .... a message to say sorry we arent coming would of been nice as were only there 3 days!!!

IrelandThe 2 bed apartment we stayed in whilst spacious has a lot of issues, the owner needs to invest in upgrading what they are offering, the shower is abysmal it should be totally removed and replaced with a working uncomplicated to use shower, a 2 bed apt only has 2 loungers on balcony and 2 chairs at outside table, kitchen doors do not close, it could be a fabulous apt if owner dId the upgrades it is crying out for and desperately needs
