The bathroom needs refurbishment.

The apartment was very nice and in a good location. It has a very nice terrace and view. I truly enjoyed my stay. The host was on time and the communication was very effective and helpful.

The fan in the bedroom was very noisy however the air con worked perfect so we didn’t use the fan . This is just a suggestion . It would have been nice to have had water in the fridge and milk even with a small charge or an honesty box in the kitchen . There was washing up liquid and clothes there which was excellent.

The location was excellent. We hired a car and it was safe where we parked . The apartment was clean and had everything you would need for your stay . There was a cool box with lots of ice packs which we took to the beach . The bed was very comfortable and a king size bedding spotless .

Would have preferred a walk shower but in fairness shower was good and very hot water , it needs a fan in bedroom as air conditioning only in living room and not suitable for people with walking or mobility issues as a steep to get to apartment , and needs a teapot

It was a large apartment and had wonderful views , and lovely pool , comfortable bed , well appointed kitchen , location excellent close to at least 12 good restaurants

The apartment was a little dated but well equipped.

The location was excellent with plenty of bars and good restaurants within short walking. The apartment was very well equipped and good heating as we were there in January.

Everything was excellent! Very quiet in January. The owner of the apartment was very helpful. Apartment is exactly how was presented at the booking with a beautiful sea view and big balcony. The 🛌 was very comfortable. In the apartment is everything that we needed and more! The supermarket is just around the corner and the small town is nearby with the shops and restaurants. A lot of ⛳ courses are in the neighbourhood. The beach is beautiful. We highly recommend!

Texted owner as we arrived early morning and he allowed us to meet up early for the keys. He met us himself and showed us around and how everything worked

Short but steep incline to get up to the property, not a problem for us but maybe for some. An updated aircon unit which doesn’t need the water emptied would have better, but not a big deal.

Lovely apartment 5 min walk to the beach, good size balcony with great sea view. Hot power shower just what was needed after a day down the beach, would definitely stay again.

the nearby four-lane road causes relatively constant noise, which is annoying especially at night

the location is great, close to the beach, shops, transport, the advantage is the community pool near the house

we stayed at la Cala for a few days and this apt is in a great location for a leisurely stroll to to town centre but closer to a lovely part of the beach, 2nd floor but Gaz a lift. lovely pool and views to the sea. Had everything we needed including beach towels and books! met the owner on arrival as we asked to add an extra day on. he was lovely and recommended lots of great places to eat. would book again !!!

The check in process was so smooth and the owner was super helpful! the location of the apartment is lovely, near a beach and supermarket and not a far walk to Unico Beach Club (which we loved!). The apartment is very clean and has everything you need to be honest. We don’t always spend too much time inside on holiday, however this was perfect for what we needed.
