The decor in terms of soft furnishings, wall pictures and paint colour in bedrooms is quite outdated and could do with a bit of modernisation. The bedrooms have very bright ceiling lights and bedlights so could do with softer lighting in the form of nice lamps. But it was all still comfortable enough.

We were greeted by a nice friendly couple to hand over the keys which was lovely and welcoming and we were delighted with the location close to all the shops and walking distance to all the historic places. It was also really quiet at night. The kitchen has all items you could need and even an ironing board which proved useful. Comfy beds and comfy lounge seating.

The TV was broken then I've informed the owner straight away via booking and the owner was very nice as she replied and provided us with a new TV before we left. However the TV was delivered to the flat but it wasn't fixed and left in the box, therefore we couldn't use it. The main door of the building needs fixing as it doesn't close easily and it was left open all the time by guests in other accomodations.

The flat location is excellent, right in the middle of the city centre. In general mine and my family's stay was really pleasant. The bedrooms are huge and comfortable, like the beds; the decor is nice and the kitchenette is functional with all the necessary appliances working. The lift was also working and I was extremely happy with it as I chose the flat carefully because I travelled with my old gradama.

The apartment and towells didnt have that freshly cleaned smell when we came in. But the apartment is not dirty.

Excellent location. But it can get noisy in the mornings because its in the middle of town. I knew that before i booked though.

It’s the perfect location just behind Plaza Nueva above Calle Tetuan. All the shops around and Giralda and Cathedral just 5 min walking distance. The Appartement is very clean and has everything. A huge fully equipped kitchen, dishwasher, washing machine and hair dryer. Also very big rooms with a lot of space and an elevator. Bathroom and shower look new. We had the Appartement on the first floor.

This is my second stay with friends. We stayed in a different apartment this time. The location is so good, and plenty of car parks within a few minutes walk. Right in the action of shops and restaurants. But really peaceful quiet accommodation.

The apartment is located on the main street, surrounded by shops and restaurants and it is quite noisy during the day, but it was OK in the night.

Specious apartment, clean, helpful host. Public parking 2 minutes, all sights in a walking distance.

1. Shower rose was broken rendering it unusable. 2. Electric kettle had a charred internal base - not possible to use. 3. Cold reception - handed keys by worker who does not speak English.
