Very clean and cozy, with small details that made the stay even better than expected, e.g. the baby chair, beach towels and the games. Great location and easy to check-in. Would definitely come back!

We had a problem with the wifi (as we need to work while away). The signal was very week. This was resolved after a few days but if you are staying here and need a strong signal it is important to advise them before arriving. Unfortunately we had no instructions to use any of the facilities which ended up with us locking our passports in the safe and not being able to open it! Again this was resolved by the excellent staff.

The property is modern and with great facilities. It is very comfortable and well located for the beach and city.

The beach is a one minute walk away which makes up for the balcony overlooking a busy road.

Great location with loads of restaurants & supermarkets nearby. Very well equipped apartment with great kitchen. Plenty of towels, including beach towels. Beach chairs & cool box also. Spotlessly clean. Pleasant & responsive host.

Excellent location, close to the beach and close to the grocery store and many restaurants. Large, spacious apartment, modernly decorated. The kitchen is fully equipped with all appliances and coffee machine, filter, espresso, kettle, toaster... it was taken into account that there was also present coffee, sugar, tea, oil, all the basic necessities. The sleeping area has a large wardrobe, a safe, beach towels and in the large bathroom , also a washing machine and a drier. Washing powder and toilet paper, also constantly present. The bed is comfortable. A simple way to enter the building and apartment using a code without someone having to welcome you... write a simple check in check out. A kind atmosphere that was always sent to the guest. Modern ventilation on the ceiling, but no air conditioning and a really good wifi present. I am very satisfied and will come again for sure.

No free parking

Superb location everything is very close by, very modern apartment with all essentials that you need for a comfortable stay, even a hair dryer. We didn’t cook there but you got everything in the kitchen for cooking. Very good restaurants near by just 2 minutes walk. The best food we had in Las Palmas is Rincon de Triana just 2 min walk from apartment .

There was a continuous noise from the inner yard. We could sleep, but something to take into account if you have sleeping problems.

apartment is really nice, perfectly decorated with comfy furniture. Bed is really good. shower could use a bit more water pressure, but is okay. staff is super friendly, let me stay longer on day of checkout. on the balcony you have the sun in the afternoon, which is nice to enjoy.

It was clean on first view, but ceramic floor was dirty, we had black feet from walking in apartment, the oven was very dirty, old fat inside.

It was quite near to beach side. There was a taxi stand nearby and a bus station in few steps.All sorts of travel was possible. The apartment was well cleaned.There was welcoming drinks for adults and for kids chocolate and cookies.A basket full of fruits was very surprising for us.It was very considerate from the Host. Every facilities described in the ad was available. There was even games for kids and adults,a beach ball. The host did a very good job in setting the apartment for kids. The facilities was comfortable for a small family. The kitchen is set up for every requirement including Tea bags ,coffee powder, sugar and milk.The washing machine with washing powder tablets was available. Every details was taken care by the host.

Nothing, like really nothing.

All was perfect. The Apartment was clean, and we got a nice and tasty welcome gift :). Very close to Las Canteras beach (like 30 sec). We were here with our two kids and still have plenty of space for games and stuff. The service is excellent when we broke something the very next day it was fixed. The bathroom is big and you have there all you need. The kitchen is well equipped. And moreover, we forget our phone on the way to the airport and Piňa was so full of action and she offered herself to bring it to the airport quickly (incredible!!). Many Thanks! Definitely, a unique place to stay!
