Very convenient location, not central, but it's an advantage:-) Fully equipped apartment, you can find there everything you need or even more. Very comfortable place for 3 people. Highly recommended!

Overall it is good place but it is relatively small but OK for two people.

Location is good. It is close to metro station/s. It is close to two grocery stores - Carefour ? A French outlet. Access OK with instructions. It Has o small balcony BUT the sliding door to it once closed from outside cannot be open from outside. So be careful as you can be locked out at the balcony on third floor without escape if there is no one inside the apartment.The kitchen is small but well equipped. Clothes washer has no English instructions . The management offered to set it up for 12 Euros.water pressure good in the shower but the hand shower leaks water from its hand at higher pressures.

The apartment is very clean, decorated nicely, and smells great. It feels at home. It is very quiet so we had great rest after a long day of excitements. The host is very nice and helpful.

Noise insulation between apartments is odd. One night we experienced an old style washing machine in action just as if it would have been inside of our apartment. Though we were pleased to hear the splish splash end just before midnight. Noise of renovation projects bothered us somewhat during our day time naps. Views were...well 70's and 80's style small functional courtyard, nothing green.

Location is very well connected right next to Rubén Darió green line metro stop. Another metro line is only three blocks away. Buses, Sorolla museum, restaurants and grocery store are all one block away. We stayed in a one bedroom and a separate living room/kitchen apartment. Amount of space, plan of apartment and all utensils were suitable for us. Decoration and furniture ok as well. There was no street noise and nights were peaceful. It was nice to see a person welcoming us and handing over the keys.

A really lovely apartment beside Ruben Dario metro, with lots of space, a desk, good kitchen, very comfortable bathroom and bedroom. Also lots of natural light, but on the fifth floor, so quiet. Really recommended.

The flat was lovely, cosy, and modern. The location was perfect for us, near supermarkets, bars, restaurants, and the underground Station. The Reception desk was manned by a very nice man, he was very helpful. We will definitely come back. Thank you for making our Stay a very memorable one.

the furniture is new but cheap, it’s presented as a renewed apartment but it’s visible that the works are a bit superficial

On our arrival we were met by Juan, very professional, very helpful and very customer focused. The information sent prior to our booking was comprehensive and gave us all the information we needed. When booking us into the accommodation Juan explained fully the process regarding the deposit, something we expected having travelled to Madrid before. There is a Metro station a short walk (less than 2 minutes) from the accommodation which provides easy access to all the city has to offer.

The bathroom is ensuite so if you are 4 you have to go into the room to go the bathroom at night. There is no reception and no real way to leave your baggage when you go out if you need, they only offer the possibility to leave it in the (empty) reception downstairs and wait for someone to enter the building to get it back

The apartment itself is nice iit's in a good location and the building is terrific. The apartment is very clean.

The bedroom opens onto the lounge with just a curtain to separate. wasn’t a problem for us as a couple but worth noting if 3 or 4 are staying using sofa bed

Good space and well equipped for the price. Metro across road and local shops and restaurants very convenient. Kitchen small but very useful for breakfast and drinks.

HORRENDOUS SMELL and UNFAIR CHARGE Ver bad decision booking this property. Don’t book this place!!!! Everything about this place is OLD. The apartment smells so strong and disgusting: tobacco smoke + sh^t Most outlets don’t work and the few that do make sparks when you plug in. Bathroom has a leak of dripping water & bathtub is clogged a.f. One of the window light shields didn’t work so the person who slept in the living room (sofa bed) couldn’t get a good sleep due to the light coming in from the street. Windows don’t close properly allowing a lot of noise from the street come in (just as if they were open).. and mosquitoes I got charged €20 euros because my check in time was at 10 pm. Even though I confirmed my arrival at this time beforehand and I was right on time, they consider it to be “too late” This sole reason makes this place NOT A GOOD OPTION. It’s not like I checked in at 3 am & they DO NOT state this information as a warning in the webpage. After you’ve booked they contact you and tell you you will be charged for “late” check in and if it is past this hour it’ll be €40 euros!!! This place is garbage.
