Very conveniently placed for my needs. It’s in the La Paz area located above the main town which is a 10/15 min walk or les than €5 taxi ride away. The rooms are cleaned every day with regular changing of towels and sheets.

The views are a little obstructed, by the building that's stoped being built next door

relaxed humble place, its a 70's style place. nothing wrong if the price is fair. it would make sense to do weekly/monthly deals, simple basic kitchen as well.

Spacy and well located apartments in Puerto Cruz with pool. Good value for money. Parking was not a problem, there was always a space within a few minutes of walking distance.

The basement room; 101. was virtually subterranean, grim dècor, quite grubby. not as advertised eg: No coffee machine, no view.

Internet is good but it's behind a captive screen and I couldn't connect my laptop at first. The room lack of usual knife only bread one. Dishes were rather dirty on our arrival and there was a strong smell of bleach in the room, which gone away with ventilation. Cups were very small and all of different sizes. To use safe in the room you've to pay 3EUR a day. The pool is shielded and the water is warm but windows were a bit dirty to enjoy the view.

Overall hotel is good, personall is very friendly and helpful. It's situated in a quiet area far shielded from main roads and traffic. You've a great view to Teide. There is supermarket 4 minutes walk from it and the bus stop. Plenty of cafes as well. Overall it's good value for money.

The finishes, the cold light in the room, and the design of the accomodation aesthetically speaking. Bit old finishings, would sugest a renovation, bit of an old smell as well, tho clean. Disliked the furry oldschool blankets, texture wise. There was just another separate sheet, they couldn't be put in a duvet-sheet.

Reception opened 24/7, posibility for check in at any hour. Big room, great position, very good price.

Being informed that I had to walk for 15/20 mins to another hotel to have my evening meal on my last 2 nights there. I’m nearly 80 and have a long Covid breathing problem, the walk back up the hill was hard going to the point I didn’t go for my dinner the last night I stayed. I paid to have my meal in the hotel, not elsewhere.

Unwelcoming reception staff, often seemed too busy to acknowledge your presence apart from the lady receptionist who was helpful and always smiled. The hotel is situated upon the cliff so the only way down by foot is steps or a steep hill. We walked everywhere and found it a mission to get back up in the heat. (Although there is plenty of seating along the way for a quick rest)

It's was a peaceful place to stay, quiet around 10pm. Beautiful view of the mountains and Teide (weather permitting) The cleaning staff were very friendly and always greeted us with a "Hola" and a smile 10/10!

A bit far away from beach, the nearest is in 25 minutes by walk When I arrived, they gave me the room on the fist floor where it was nosy because of washing machines And only after 3 days they accepted to change the room
