Being so near bars and restaurants, it can be a bit noisy at night, but that's to be expected.

Great location for restaurants and bars. Fantastic view from the balcony, which also gave a lot of light into the apartment. Commutation with staff was easy and friendly.

Occasionally we heard a little noise late at night from the bars, but ear plugs work wonders!

You can't get more central! The staff were very helpful and friendly and the apartment was spacious and well equipped.

we were there for 7 days only towel change was after 4 days, towels very thin and threadbare obviously from a laundry company. No hairdryer in property so had to buy one from Chinese shop. No soap or toiletries provided only washing up liquid. Property is tired but the view and location makes up for most things. We had poor weather when there so were in the property more often than usual. Only German channels available on TV with one CNN channel.

Massive apartment with a seaview right in the centre of Port Polença. Light, spacious and reasonably well equipped. Two giant sofas. Love the fact the knives were sharp.

Like so many holiday apartments there can be some transmission of noise from other apartments in the block.

Great sized apartment. Amazing location, right at the heart of the port. This is a bargain place to stay at a bargain price, so don't book expecting the Ritz. This is basic accommodation, which gives all you need to be comfortable. Pep the owner was amazing, responsive and lovely to speak to. The location was ideal. There's no parking outside, but lot's of places within a short walk for free. We kept bikes in the room without issue.

Fabulous location beautiful views of Marina. Apartment was also spacious and had all the basics for living. We both worked here so good Wi-Fi for teams calls. When the weather is nice you can even work on balcony 😀

Blankets and sheets instead of duvets is the only thing that I didn't care for but even they were changed regularly and were good quality sheets.

Lovely large apartment right in the center of things with a very spacious balcony looking over the marina it could not have been better situated. The manager was very helpful and pleasant any small problem was dealt with immediately. Heating and /or air conditioning worked well 24 hours a day and there was always lots of hot water available.

Bedsheets and blankets instead of proper duvet ( not really comfortable). Some holes in the ceiling ( not important really). Furniture dated, but very comfortable, so I would complain. When we arrived there was invasion of flies in the room ( about 50 at least). I think nobody checked the room before arrival. Once we got rid of them it was fine.

Great location, not far from the bus station, good cafe and restaurants near by, beautiful views. Not bad kitchenette, saucepans, frying pans, toaster, wine opener etc. Spacious apartment, very comfortable. Incredible Wi-Fi, working even outside the building when we were in restaurant! Good (fast) air-conditioning (heating), but bit noisy.

It was unfortunate that building work on a neighbouring property was rather noisy.

The views from the balcony were great. Especially the sun rises and sunsets.

Accomodation is slighty dated and the decor could be updated.

Have stayed here on several other occasions. Apartment is in a central loction close to all amenities. Free wi-fi is available in apartment. The resort is ideal for families and people who prefer easy/relaxing breaks.

Good location centre of town, many bars resturants Within 500mtr had good space in bedroom & lounge Could do with Iorn & board Would be nice if they had a spare set keys if 2 off you go different place,but over enjoyed the stay ,booked again for 2024
