It is in quite a noisy area with bars that open late, it is a little run down. The apartment has the potential to be stunning but it is quite dated and needs new flooring and new paintings and furniture.

The location was good, having two terraces was lovely and communication was good. The bed was comfy and clean.

The sofa isn’t the most comfortable - that didn’t matter to me really but might if there 2+ people staying.

Unusual situation of toilets and showers

Second bed was not good. Kitchen was not equipped well. No pots. Only a few metal tools. Dull prep knife. No place to store food. No large mugs for tea/coffee. No paper towels or tissues.

Location was close to sites, cafes, and shopping. Large space. Pretty quiet. Full kitchen. Washer. Faced south so could have doors open all day and sit on the patio without getting sunburned. Main bed was pretty comfy.

The apartment pretty basic. It had everything we needed but wasn’t somewhere you’d want to hang out too much. The couch was a bit broken and the air con dripped. There was a balcony but didn’t it only had two chairs, no table, so we didn’t get much use from it.

The location was great - really fun area, apartment was spacious and had all the basics we needed.

Booked for 3. Double bed and bed settee. Bed settee has metal protruding not good as bed or settee. No linen for settee, no mugs/cups, couldn’t make cup of tea. TV remote not working. Chairs on balcony broken. Quick response resolved mugs, tv and linen. Wi-Fi did not work entire weekend.

The apartment is exactly what you need for a city break. The location is perfect,you can just walk right into the old center of Valencia. The communication with the host was also perfect. Would recommend this place.

The couch could be more comfortable.

Nice host. He was helpful and texted us intermittently to see how we were getting on. He offered to book a taxi to the airport for us. When it didn't arrive, he drove us there himself. There was space for our young child.

The Ensuite/Bathroom had an issue with the Shower, it couldn't make up it's mind about Cold or Hot water when having a Shower.

Nacho met us when we arrived and was very helpful. The Apartment was situated quite well, near enough to the Market and quite close to a number of sites and plenty of Restaurants nearby. The Tram to the Beach wasn't too far away.

The shower cabin was too small. Both of us are slim so we did not have much problem but it can be an issue for some. There were no racks in the shower cabin to put toiletries which was a discomfort for me. The wifk signal was rather weak and was lost several times. If there were a table and chairs on the balcony it would be super. Also, if there were bed quilts and toiletries it would be also good.

The location of the apartment was very central and super convenient to walk on foot to all the main attractions. The metro station was about 1 km away, not very close, but if not consider arrival and departure with baggage it was no problem at all. The appartment was very clean, newly decorated, minimalist decor and comfortable. The space was totally enough for two persons. I did not use many kitchenware but I think there was everything necessary for making dinners at home if anybody needs that. The communication with the manager was online but he was accessible when needed (although I did not need anything during the stay, just check-in and check-out issues) and the housekeeper Amon was very nice and friendly.

Had to rewash cups etc as trusting previous occupiers to have cleaned them. Ours werent clean enough, maybe were fussy? Needs a bit of TLC but otherwise great. No toaster so no toast :(

The location was great. Bed comfy and shower lovely and hot. Spacious. Lovely friendly host. Sorted out car parking space for us to use which was fab.

The apartment was a little basic for the price we paid but it was for Fallas so I guess prices were higher everywhere. lt was *really* noisy at night but that’s all part of the festival (ear plugs worked wonders!)

It lacked enough utensils. Only enough for 3 people at one sitting. Needed to purchase our own coffee pot.

The apartment was very nice, quiet, and clean. Owner made us feel welcomed. Lots of street art painted on buildings in this area. Our car is 2m high and wasn't a problem where the owner had us park. The parking space is narrow and several blocks away from the apartment. You need to know this about your car. The apartment is in a restrict area for cars so have the owner register your car in advance of your arrival so you don't get a ticket of 100 euros or more. Police video cameras on many streets. Street parking not available.

You will be hearing your neighbours if they are little louder and closing of their appartment doors.

The host Nacho is probably best host we had from all of our many travels. Very charming and polite man. Easy helpful communication, allowed us earlier check in, asked few times do we need anything, keeping our bags after check out and driving us to the airport and after we landed asked us how was our flight was something we wont forget easy. Location of the appartment is just the best, in centre of the city 10min walk to main attractions with everything just down the street grocery store, farmacy, bakery, bars,etc. Beautiful and vivid barrio. 5 of us easily had enough hot water to shower one after another.

unfortunately 2 nights out of the 5 we had groups of people in the park area below keeping us awake from 2-5 in the morning shouting but not the properties fault
