A little difficult to find. Clearer instructions to get there, especially to access the car park would have been useful

There was a tiny problem with language, because the host did not speak english, so it was very hard to understand each other, but we solved it, he was very patient and helpful.

We stayed there for 3 nights, and it was perfect for us. The apartment was clean, well equipped, and really close to the metro station.

There was not enough towels for 4 people, the beds and pillows are not comfortable, and bedrooms are quite small.

the host speaks only Spanish, warranty of 200 euros, one key for the whole group, very basic cleaning, old and super used towels and bedsheet, the second room is very small

The cleanness of the bed sheets and towels was a bit problematic.

The mattresses in the beds are very soft. Very loud closing of cabinets in the kitchen. No duvets - November nights can be cold. No tea cups.

Very close to shops and public transport. Comfortable apartment with a sunny balcony. Good facilities and wi-fi. Nice and helpful owner. Pleasant surroundings.

About the things that I didn't like it is only about the staff. He was very rude to us we had our flight delayed then we just arrived in Barcelona after midnight I texted him before explaining everything about the flight when we got there I called him and he came very rude I apologize with sorry and he said "it's not his problem", actually it wasn't his problem but I think he could be more gentle. He charged us €50 for late check in... I didn't see it on booking description but I paid. He charged €200 for deposit also 105 for taxes... Everything was paid without problem. About the apartment has only basic things. Toilet it's ok, small one but it's ok. The internet stopped working after second day and we didn't want to bother him as he was very rude to us. For check out the time was 11:00 am and he rang the bell at 10:40 asking if we were ready to leave then we sad the check out was at 11:00 so he left and he came but at sharp 11:00 no one minute after. In resume the apartment is ok but the owner was not also he speaks as we were native Spanish speaker.

The apartment is well located and there is supermarket and nice bakery very close. There is a nava metro station close and it is nice.

Maybe a few more pots, pans and trays for the kitchen. Had ironing board but no iron but didn't really bother us. Three of us did get bites whist staying but didn't see bugs in the apartment but know two bites happened overnight. Could have been a mosquito as the beds were very clean and newly made on arrival. Also may have been bitten outside and not realised to the morning. Not that this affected our stay.

Lovely local area, loads of supermarkets, tavernas etc Literally right next to Navas Metro. Couple of stops to Pl Catalunya. Quiet and comfy. The gentleman who met us was very lovely. Doesn't speak English but was able to communicate just fine, even with my limited Spanish. We thought the beds were comfy. Plenty of bedding and towels. There was 5 of us. The 2nd bedroom had two single beds and was a small room but only used to sleep in. Other bedroom was a double room, very good size. Then a sofa bed in the living room, which our son found very comfy. Solid WiFi connection and cable TV. There is an elevator to the apartment which was clean and tidy including the communal areas. Quiet at night. Weekends you will have people out enjoying the evening so there is a good vibe. Lovely balcony to the front off the living room and a balcony to the back where the bedrooms were. Bathroom was a lovely size. Kitchen was lovely and modern. Really good air con. Plus was the hairdryer in the bathroom. Also it is buried in the T&C but there is a €200 hold on your card on arrival. I already knew this but know some have been caught out as didn't see it. Simple security deposit. We will be back again to stay in the future! Thank you to the owners

very confusing to check in and not very cooperative - they didn’t match the rules received after the booking. One set of keys for a group is difficult. WiFi was not good
