The only one little thing was 2 single beds put together to make a double bed. It was a bit annoying during night time because mattresses moved a bit.

The location was perfect, close to the shops, "high street" and the most important - seaside! The apartment was perfectly cleaned, and everything was working very well.

When we came, the wifi vouchers they provided didn't work and the receptionist didn't know how to help. New vouchers were available the next day and then it worked. I suggest they change to a basic password protection as it is simpler.

Becouse the hotel have more buidings, were not clear where exactly is the reception. We had to spend some time until we undestand that we have to go to the orther builiding. Price for the parking place was expensive, and especyaly you can't get a discount for parking if you stay more days.

The hotel is placed not so far from the beach, so it was realy easy every morning to wake up and go there at sunrise. Also around hotel are a lot of facilites like restourants and markets.

It was very hot, the aircos don't work in the winter time so it was really hot at night.. luckily the staff offered a fan for us. We slept with window and door from the balcony open but it was still hot and mosquitod came in.

Bedsheets, hand soap, sponge, soup bowls and dish cloth were missing...other than that,I really don't have any complaints.I will definitely recomend Flor los Almendros to anyone planning on going to Mallorca.

When checking in at the hotel, we were greeted at the reception by a very pleasant employee who, although he did not speak English, did an excellent job. The hotel is in a great location, near a beautiful sandy beach and 3 minutes away from a supermarket where we bought groceries at affordable prices. The apartment is impeccably clean and tidy. The bedroom is spacious and the beds are comfortable in both rooms. The terrace with a pool view is big and even more beautiful than in the pictures.Great value for money as well.

We arrived later in the evening and upon check in we realized that the bathroom was not cleaned properly. The sink, shower area and toilet were all superficially cleaned, we could see hair on the floor and round the toilet seat. The trash bin was also not emptied and there were few pieces of trash from the previous guests. We complained the same evening and next morning the hotel sent housekeeping to properly clean. We didn't experience further issues with the cleaning service afterwards. The biggest issue is the soundproofing of the rooms which is basically non existent. We could hear our neighbors talk, open and close the wardrobe, move chairs around the room which could be very disturbing later in the evening and during the night. The bedroom of the apartment is actually facing the corridor and stairs part, instead of the inner yard. So we could hear people banging doors, walking in and out during the night. It was also difficult to keep the window open as everyone passing by could see in the bedroom. We expected more having in mind the price of the property (170 EUR/night) but seems that Mallorca is very much overpriced when it comes to accommodation.

The hotel and apartment complex is very conveniently located in the center of Peguera, 1 minute away from all restaurants, bars and shops. There is a supermarket with all basic necessities right around the corner. The beach is 2 minutes walking distance from the hotel. We also very much enjoyed the small private passage leading to the beach. The complex has 2 pools, one at the hotel and another at the apartment area. Both of them are quite nice and have a small restaurant where you can order something to eat and drink at a decent price. As we were visiting with a small child, we also very much appreciated the playground area. The communication with the staff was smooth and easy. All staff members we interacted with were very friendly and ready to help. We stayed at an apartment facing the inner yard which was a good decision to avoid the noise from the street. The apartment is big enough to host a family of 3-4. It has a small kitchenette with basic amenities. The bed in the bedroom is big enough and comfortable. We asked for a crib and it was provided free of charge with all the linen. The balcony is very spacious. Has 2 sunbeds and a big table with 4 chairs where we could sit for breakfast. There is also a place to put laundry to dry. The apartments are cleaned every other day and towels and bed linen is also changed.

Cups for coffee or tea are small and uncomfortable. I had a birthday with my son, it would be nice to be noticed, and received, for example, a complimentary drink on such an occasion.

The apartment is not large, but enough space for a family with two children. The terrace was large and cozy always spend evenings there. We got a flat on the second floor with a nice view to trees. Location is great. You can find a lot of different beaches nearby.
