The breakfast items could have been hotter, but it's only a minor issue. There isn't really a lot to fault about the hotel and facilities.

Breakfast was great, plenty of choice and well stocked. The hotel was very clean and the staff were all pleasant. The room was large enough though the fridge was a little small. The site was secure on both entrances, from the road and the beach.

The restaurants and shops nearby aren't very good. You have to travel to get to the nicer restaurants and shops.

Clean. Large rooms. Friendly staff. Close to dunes. Good breakfast. Nice pool.

Evenings are rather quite at this location. So do not plan to hang out at the bar or elsewhere on the venue for drinks after 10pm.

The Hotel comes with a fantastic, quiet location directly at the sand dunes of Maspalomas. There is a panoramic walkway that you can follow along the coast for >10km and a direct access to cross through the dunes down to the beach (approx. 10-15min.). The rooms are spacious, modern and starting from the 3rd floor there is a great view over the dunes down to the beach. The pool area is very well designed to provide ample space and there is an area elevated from the pool with relaxing sun beds and a lounge area to enjoy drinks under the palm trees with great views. The breakfast buffet provides a wide selection of choices incl. pancakes, waffles and special made omelettes.

The treadmill in the gym didn’t work the full time we were there but it was easy to take a run along the beach instead 😃

We loved every second of it! The staff are so friendly and welcoming. The service is exceptional. We will be back again soon for sure. It was my birthday and we had a delicious cake and cava delivered to our room.

Buffet breakfast and dinner area is a bit cramped, mainly due to the layout of the entrance and food area but food is good quality and reasonably priced.

Fantastic view from room (5 th floor) out across the dunes. Hotel is stylish and feels apart from maspalomas town area but you can easily walk to numerous restaurants nearby. The protected swimming pool area is great if too windy on the beach. The direct exit from hotel is handy to get to sea across dunes which take about 5 mins.

The white wine they served was not cold/chilled. We asked for ice cubes, which a real wine connoisseur would never want to do.

Great position right next to the sand dunes through their pool/ garden gate. Great, all you can eat buffet breakfast and buffet dinner for a reduced price for guests. Depending on day 18-22 Euro excluding drinks. The volume of house wine they poured in a glass was abnormally high. Certainly (more?) than 20cl. for 4 Euro.

The WiFi could have been better. If I had to work I would have been very disappointed. Very hard to get video running and very often the connection breaks.

Everything was very clean, the room was very comfortable in size and included beautiful views. The breakfast could not have been better and the staff is very welcoming and supportive. I would strongly recommend this place.

    - the restricted schedule of the restaurant and the hurry of the waiters to collect the tables at 9 pm (the feeling that you are being kicked out) - if it were "adults only" for me it would be a plus

    - the kindness of the staff, especially the one at the reception - the position of the hotel - the view - large and spacious rooms

We never have stayed on the ground floor or first floor and unless you are a smoker or like second hand smoke I would recommend you avoid these floors as the design of the hotel and little wind means that smokers exhaled smoke can linger around the lower doors. It’s a minor issue but one that will make you sick if you really cannot stomach smoke. The lifts are small but efficient.

The location and view from the suite (on floor 3, 4 or 5) is great. Close enough for a short taxi ride to the Yumbo and good proximity for walking down to the beach. In the seedier side (for swingers!) the nearby (awful) Cita Centre will offer you all you might want. Otherwise it’s best to avoid the basement level. At the hotel the restaurant food is fine, most evenings… with a rotating menu each evening so sure to cater for most people’s favourite dishes. There are no fixed seating times - which is a plus - but the older guests do tend to arrive early for dinner. The younger guests just manage their time to arrive as the first wave of oldies are heading to bed. The staff at the restaurant are very friendly and always smiling and many remember you form previous visits. We have been twice and we would visit again.

I would prefer the hotel being Adult Only, it would reach a great vibe. The pool water was cold, this was really disappointing.

The hotel is really gorgeous and so quite. Fantastic room decor, bathroom and huge balcony. Good food both at breakfast and dinner A special thanks to David at reception.

Build quality leaves a lot to be desired, thin walls make for noisy neighbors even when they are not necessarily trying. Limited access to free drinking water (unless you go to the bathroom tap, which is not recommended). Breakfast variety could be better, as well as the size of the venue for breakfast, it can get quite crowded in there. While we did enjoy the stay very much, didn't feel like the price reflected the overall quality of the stay.

It's newly renovated so everything still looking pretty new. Tremendous view of the dunes out in the back. Very attentive staff, nice facilities, good cleanliness level in spite of the dunes nearby (can get very dusty). We got a free upgrade to the 3rd level rooms (where the sea view starts), as well as a complementary champagne bottle as we were celebrating our anniversary, which we very much appreciated. From the 3rd level up, the sea view (in October at least) basically gives you a direct sunrise view directly from your balcony. Very nice pool out in the back. There is an exit from the premises that leads through the dunes down to the beach in 5 mins walk, very convenient. There is also a complementary access to a bike garage where you can drop off a bike if you rent nearby for more days, or bring your own.

The pool was a little bit cold, but only by a few degrees. Sadly no bat and ball or inflatables are allowed in the pool as they are keeping it a calm and tranquil place to relax which we were a bit disappointed by, but it didnt change how great the pool area was.

This hotel is beautiful and well maintained. The staff are constantly cleaning, watering the gardens and making an effort to keep it spotless. From the moment you first step on the marble like floor outside the hotel you are met with a gorgeous looking and tranquil environment, and a wonderful view of the ocean and sand dunes as you walk through the doors to reception. We were also greeted with a welcome drink, orange juice or prosecco which is a great touch to impress you from the get go. The walk to the beach is around 10 minutes accross the dunes (not for everyone) but you can also walk out the front of the hotel and down some steps to the main strip instead to access the beach if the dunes arent your thing which is around 15 minutes. Staff are amazingly friendly and helpful. We must have asked reception a dozen queries about how to get to places, bus routes, taxis, restaurant recommendations and they were always so accomodating and enthusiastic to help. They can order you a taxi anywhere at the drop of a hat which we were also very impressed by, it feels like a 5 star service. The pool area was stunning with plenty of comfortable sunbeds (even some proper mattress like beds on the upper deck). The room was spacious and every room faces the ocean view with a balcony to sit on and enjoy a drink. We were luckily on floor 5 (top floor) so had amazing views and watched the sunrise each

The room was great, very spacious, clean, all necessary amenities. We had a balcony with a great view over the dunes and sea. We enjoyed the breakfast, lots of options, just wished it lasted longer (only until 11 am). Large pool with an option to get towels for the day. Lively location with lots of bars, restaurants, mini golf etc around but not too noisy.
