Very nice apartment. View from balcony was stunning. Underground parking was good. Bed comfortable. Would like to stay for longer time.

Few kitchen accessories, there was a washing machine but washing powder was not available ( maybe in the summer)

Perfect location, free bike rental. It was quiet in beginning of April. Exactly as on pictures.

I froze in the spare bedroom with the vent blowing on me and not enough blankets. Also, apartment should have some nice hand soaps.

The apartment was in a great location and had an amazing view. However, it was quite tatty in some areas - there was paint peeling from the walls in the living room and the curtains were worn. The sink was falling off the wall in the ensuite bathroom when we arrived which the hotel temporarily fixed and the shower in both bathrooms did not have a wall attachment, you had to hold it with your hands. One of these showers was fixed the next day when we pointed it out. We expected for the money we paid, to have had an apartment in perfect decorative order. The view made this apartment. Had the apartment been in good decorative order it would have been perfect!

the apartment needs to be renovated. the wardrobes in one of the rooms are empty and broken. No hangers or soap. We have to paid for extra cleaning because o my one cleaning each 5 days was included. although we paid the cleaning the cleaning service just fixed the beds and clean the follies and toilets. all the dust was on top of the shelves , tv etc. The terrace doors don’t closed totally and you can hear all the noise from the street in the main room. Overall the apartment is ok but no for the price .it is far too expensive for what you receive

A bit tatty. The showers in both bathrooms were not properly fixed to the wall and the sink in the main bathroom was coming away from the wall. This meant water ran down onto the floor.

instruction with the different keys not quite clear. the interior is basic and outdated, I can recommend to restyle it. And it is quite noisy when the neigbours are close to your appartment.

Nice seafront appartment with spacious balcony, nice to have a private (indoor) parking.

Main bathroom shower head was old and needs updated. Paint flaking on some wall areas. Kitchen size is small.

Excellent views. Super location. Comfortable bed. Clean and very secure. Well equipped kitchen. Good A/C. Lots of hot water. Would go back again.

I had to go to another location, few kilometres away, to get the apartment keys. I had to pay taxi to get to the apartment.

This Appartement is dirty. We asked half year ago to fix and Clean and nothing Changed in half year. It smells like a Skunk in the shower.

the appointment was spoiled by using the cheapest possible kettle and toaster. we had a leaking basin in the en-suit and in the other bathroom the shower wasn’t attached to the wall (the bathroom problems were attended to immediately but still leaked) the balcony table had a piece broken off

everything: 1. appliances didn’t work (Kettle/ toaster/ washing machine/ air conditioner/ TV) 2. NO Swimming pool, no sun loungers 3. Plumbing - sinks weren’t plumbed there running the taps resulted in water all over the ground 4. Reception- to collect the keys for the apartment it was a mile walk to collect them. the receptionist couldn’t speak a word of English, however we did manage to understand they are open 24/7 this is a complete lie. We ordered a taxi for the Airport the previous evening to pick us up it never showed and Reception did not answer any of our calls. WE MISSED OUR FLIGHTS DUE TO THEIR INCOMPETENCE (THANK YOU SUNWAY FOR YOUR HOSPITALITY) 5. Reception provided no instructions/ were completely incompetent due to the language barrier so advising anything above was pointless. 6. convenience stores nearest one was 2.5 miles away. 7. nothing was complementary except a tiny bottle of dish washing detergent. The experience was very poor
