Unfortunately the beds were so uncomfortable we couldn't sleep well and woke up with aches and pains. The bar now opens until 1 am playing really loud music. It did actually sound good, but we wanted to sleep.

The pool is lovely, but cold. The bed linen was very clean. The rooms are tired, but have everything you need.

Nothing really. New bathroom, functional kitchen. If anything the door surrounds were a bit battered.

We got an upgrade to a sea view which was lovely. Danny at the pool bar was a character and reception staff very helpful. Pool beds quite new and in good condition. Shop reasonably priced for a complex. If you know your way around the back streets it is easy to get anywhere and some good restaurants on the way. Fadu Avenida, Mas que nada to name 3.

The apartment needed more storage. For example a bathroom cabinet under the sink to store toiletries etc would of been useful. Also the bedroom needed another bedside cabinet. The lighting was poor. There was just one wall light in the lounge area and only 2 dim bedside lights

We didn't eat breakfast there. The location was OK.The staff were very efficient and pleasant.The pool area was very clean, pretty and popular.The apartment was clean as was the bar, reception and communal areas,good view of the sea and neighbouring islands.

The property is looking tired and the cleaning leaves a lot to be desired .There seams to be a shortage of cleaners as the staff are stretched to finish their jobs in allotted time

Pool was a bit chilly, and hard to tell which areas weren’t out of your depth. Bar food didn’t start until 8pm so for our arrival and check in at 6 had a long wait to get food.

Nice , clean, comfortable, airy room as we booked sea view. Rooms cleaned and towels replaced every few days. Most things there that you needed. Basic but adequate.

We had originally booked from the 3rd to 17th April due to Ryanair flights times etc. However when Ryanair changed our flights from the 2nd to 16th , I asked Bristol if our booking could be changed to 2nd-16th. They refused, so we had to purchase an extra night for the 2nd. I was very disappointed, considering I've been using this place for a number of years.

The location is perfect. We had a room with an excellent sea view. Very good swimming pool. Large enough for a decent swim.

There was not freezer in the house, and there wasnt caffè machine either. The bar of the residence just had enghlish breakfast anything else for who don't eat salty breakfast. In the house was full of ants.

The sofabed in the lounge was a little rocky but functional, and the early dash for sunbeds that weren't used all day were part of usual frustrations. The bar had some pretty dodgy music at times through the day so avoided that.

The pool was clean and lovely, the apartment was a good size, the use of a fridge and hob was great, and the on site supermarket was much better than expected. Was great we could arrive earlier than check in time and leave luggage while using the pool etc. and the same when we checked out and could leave luggage safely.

Great value for money, staff are great. Cannot understand why there are so many negative reviews. We are well travelled and think this holiday offers great value for money.

Being placed in apartment on the 2nd floor was too difficult for me. I had difficulty with all the steps. I felt it very unfair how the sunbeds were reserved every morning from 9am but half of the guests never showed up.

I cooked my own breakfast in Apartment. The bed was extremely comfortable

Rooms were cleaned and towels changed only once in twelve nights. I thought this really wasn't good enough for the price we paid.
