Great location and overall a good vibe. The place was what I expected, nice views, clean rooms and good pool. The staff were super helpful too, giving tips for local area (they do close at 3pm tho so can early in the day). The rooms were good, could do with more hanging options, there is room for a ‘coat’ rake in the entrance and hooks on backs of doors. Simple but it will stop having items all over the apartment. We are a family of four so used the lounge as the 2nd bedroom.

Great place for a family or friends - fully equipped kitchen, nice living room and balcony to enjoy breakfasts or dinners before or after exploring Mallorca. Receptionist was lovely and helpful with any recommendations. Recommend !

The kitchen and bathroom need updating. The location of the apartment is a bit of distance from the bus stops and the town centre. I recommend renting a car as the bus stops were a good 20 min walk and they come every 40 to 60 mins so if you miss one you have to wait a while for the next bus. Taxis are infrequent and pricey so recommend a bus if u don’t have a car. It would have been good if the bus stops were closer.

Clean and airy apartment, the staff was very friendly and helped with any questions you had to ask about places to go to etc. The view from the apartment was amazing to wake up too. A great place to stay for a quite relaxing get away. Very easy to check in. Great value for money !

Amazing stay, would definitely book again. The view from the balcony was stunning, looking over the sea. The location was great, a short walk into town (porto petro) to some really lovely restaurants and supermarket. You can also walk a bit further in the other direction into the marina of cala'dor and to the bigger supermarket. The pool was nice, clean and very quiet so always beds available. The staff was amazing, so helpful, always checking if we needed anything, helped us with some tips and advice on where to go. Really enjoyed the stay. Egos beach was close, but there was a much nicer beach we found (calo dets homes morts) in Portopetro. we even walked all the way to Playa Mondrago along the coastal route, took about 50 mins but was worth it and got a taxi back, but plenty of parking too.

Immaculately clean, really tastefully decorated. Well equipped little kitchen. Super comfy beds. Air con worked well . Lovely, friendly staff. Pool is great and little pool for children. Great, quiet location for exploring the Calas of the south. We would definitely return!

Honestly if we knew this was a family place with constant children screaming we would have booked somewhere else. The pool is constantly riddled with children that are not being told by parents to be quiet and were allowed to yell and do anything they wanted. No peace and quiet anywhere as you can hear everything in the apartments abve or below you and the constant noise from those was awful. We were kept awake all night by noise from other apartments - you can hear EVERYTHING!! Also thought it was much closer to a swimmable beach - it’s not. Overall we wish we booked somewhere else as we were wanting to relax and this was not possible here - at all.

The driveway is on a corner and so a little hard to get into - keep an eye out on google maps and drive slowly when you get near! The water is very salty (for non-locals) and so bring a bottle of water with you esp if not coming by car as shops are a little walk away.

The pool was great. Staff were super friendly with lots of brilliant recommendations about beaches and nearby places to eat. really took the time to talk to us and give us lots of advice. Room was great value - with a little kitchen - fantastic.

Communication prior to our arrival was excellent as this was our first time in Palma. The rooms were spotlessly clean and the view of the pool from the balcony was wonderful. The reception staff were very friendly and helpful with our queries of where’s best to go and which beach etc. The coffee from reception was top class and only €1.80.

The apartment should consider having beach towels and other beach supplies for the guests' use.

We really enjoyed the quiet area surrounding the apartment. The concierge was incredibly helpful and recommended the most delicious restaurant- La Caracola. The view from our balcony was stunning! We will definitely be recommending this stay to our friends visiting Mallorca next spring.

Fantastic view, a calm place and a beautiful pool area. Portofino is a very cute village close to Cala d’or. Good to have a car, free parking. Friendly and calm staff.

We arrived after the reception had closed, and the hotel left us a lovely message which made checking in so simple and easy. There may be no lifts, but the view is absolutely incredible, especially from our third floor apartment. The location, while about a 10 minute walk from shops in town, made the location so quiet and peaceful. The apartment is clean and spacious and had all of the basic amenities needed. Coffee could be purchased downstairs, and the receptionist was kind enough to sell me a bottle of water when I realised tap water wasn't drinkable on the island. I have nothing to complain about! And GREAT value for money!
