Hot tap in the bathroom had no pressure of water - just a trickle. Just a few rolls of toilet paper - we had to buy more. Microwave was poorly located - the door blocks access to the turntable when it's open and it is a hassle to load the food. Wi-fi 2.4 G was slow in some bedrooms. Extra pillows would be nice we are used to having 2 pillows each!

Reasonably good location 20 minutes from old town. Near a good Supermarket. Water in kitchen and shower was very hot. Near public transport and taxi rank. I had booked for 3 people and had no problem upgrading (at no Cost) to 4. Thank you. Christmas in Malaga (and the Christmas lights) was a great experience. Malagueta Beach and the boardwalk was lovely.

Nothing, all was good

15 min Walk from the city centre, lots of local really nice bars and restaurants around. Check-in was super easy, very clear and easy instructions. Definitely recommended.

A little bit loudy street.

Nice ang pretty comfortable apartments in perfect location. It was perfect for our family of 2 adults and 2 kids. The owner speaks only Spanish but in era of high quality internet it wasn't a problem but also put some spanish charm in it. Apartments was ready for us and no issues was apaired for tge whole week that we've been there.

Two rooms are oriented towards the street so it can get noisy during night time. But closing the windows solves the problem. Other than that everything else was fine.

Location, it is walking distance from the city center. The apartment is clean and spacious, and has everything you need for the stay, microwave, oven, toiletries, washing machine, etc. We got instructions for entering before we arrived and also a free parking spot nearby. The host is very kind.

The owner did not indicated in advance how we could enter the house/apartment. When we called her, it turned out that she did not speak a single world of English/Germain/French...

Wasn’t the apartment in the photo advertised, but same block. Better instructions for air conditioning, fridge and hot water would be valuable. Maria helped us via text for all, but fridge off when we got there was inconvenience. No smart TV so only Spanish channels. No heating in bathroom. No air conditioning/heater in small third bedroom. Watered down soap and washing up liquid.

Amazing location, beds really comfy, well appointed kitchen, shower good.

The location was great, and the balcony was a real plus. it was even enough for our family of five.

Only 2 minor things. 1. The external door key didn't fit the lick but after contacting the people, someone was there in 5 minutes with another key, which did fit. That was sorted out very efficiently. 2. There were no coffee/tea mugs/cups so we had to use glasses instead. No big issues but worth a mention.

Nice apartment in a good location. Comfortable enough and clean and tidy. We would be happy to stay here again. The people dealing with us were helpful and efficient as well.

If you are also looking for a parking place, as we did, you must realize that C. Capuchinos 6 were the apartment is and Carrera de Capuchinos 4 were the garage is are two very different places, some distance apart and not on the same street. We came to the parking place, which was locked and had to look for an apartment where the keys to the garage were, it took us an hour to find this out, unfortunately the host was not available to help. The apartment has a small boiler, so the third person will not have hot water in the shower. But other then that host Maria was very nice and allowed us to stay beyond 12 noon, so that we can catch later flight and don't have to wait in the airport.

Helpful host, but only speaks Spanish.

Worst experience ever! It was the weekend of my birthday, and I was spending it with my family and best friend. We arrived on Saturday morning to stay until Tuesday. We left our stuff there and went out to explore Malaga. When we arrived back, there was no hot water in the place. We called the owner and she showed us where to turn the heater on (why it was off when she knew people were coming is a mystery). We turned it on, she told us to wait 20min. We waited over an hour and no hot water came. There were 4 of us to shower. We lost the dinner reservation we had that night. We had to look for a hotel to shower and sleep in. The owner said that if in the morning the water was still not hot she would give us another apartment. The next morning, the water was still not hot. The cleaning lady came and confirmed it. It was my birthday and we had a trip to Ronda that day. She did offer the other apartment but it had the same issue and a lot of humidity. In the end, we lost the trip to Ronda and had to look for another place in a hurry (and it was expensive). We left the place that same morning. We had extra costs with the first night in a hotel and then looking for another place. Plus, we had to keep the car for an extra day to move with the suitcases. After that, I contacted booking asking for a refund and the owner denied it. At least a return from the nights we did not stay there, since we left the next morning and she still denied it. really, worst birthday ever.

There were no coffee mugs, but there was plenty of glasses so this wasnt a problem for us.

The apartment was very clean and spacious. The host was really helpful with detailed instructions about how to get to the apartment and the garage. Every room had air conditioning which is very good considering the temperature in Malaga.
