The room was big but it was only one of me so it maybe too small for 4 people. Also there was lots of issues with my key card but I think they were in between new door locks so I hope this is fixed now. I didn’t use the pool but I don’t think they should count it as a pool. Also the terrance does not get much sun on it.

Was clean and lots of storage space. I stayed on my own so was plenty of room for me. Great location.

Excellent location in the most classy neighborhood. Room ( studio ) very nice,minimal and practical all for a party of four. Key location to go everywhere . No noise,. Zero inconvenience at any level . Staff very polite and helpful , professional .

We stayed for a week and asked for ONE extra basic kit (dish wash material) and one of the staff made a big deal out of it (at the end another staff gave it to us). But it was only one person. The rest of the staffs are very nice and responsive everytime we request something or ask questions. Some small suggestion for improvement: It will be great if there is lamp at the corridor inside the room. Also, the door stopper in the bathroom can be moved a bit, it is positioned too close to the toilet bowl and makes the bathroom feels small (while there is actually good enough space).

Great location with restaurants and cafe in the neighborhood but not noisy. About 7 mins walk to Passage de Gracia. The staffs are responsive, we can check in early as the room is already available so it was great.

Pretty central to most places that we visited. Uber/Taxi was our way to go, turned out cheaper with the family. Food, historic places, night out were close by. turned out safer than what we had read about the city. However, its always good to be careful.

The mattress was a little bit bouncy, when one person turned over the other person felt it.

The location was perfect for us. We walked a lot to get where we wanted to go. The bus hop on hop off was very close to the apartments. The service was excellent. In the reception everybody spoke English and they were very helpful, every our need was fulfilled right away. We would definitely come back there.

- sleeping area not really separate from kitchen/dining - apartment was too dark, needed more lights - need more sockets especially near the full-length mirror - kinda cramped if you have a lot of big luggages (we had 4 BIG) - bathroom sink is too shallow - better if the sofa beds were single beds instead (then just add a small couch)

The sofa bed didn’t open properly, it wasn’t uncomfortable but it always felt like it wasn’t fully touching the floor, if you moved to the bottom end the weight would lift the back legs and when you moved to the back the bottom legs would lift.

Great location, easy to walk everywhere. Lovely welcome pack with basics like olive oil, coffee, tea, sugar, etc.

Clogged drains in the shower. The air conditioning works but only on and off, you can't set the temperature and turn down the fan. It is noisy at night because of the AC.

73 B : ALL mattresses REALLY need a change, absolutely NOT comfortable, none of them ( my daughters and myself felt like we kept sliding to one side off the bed ), pillows are way too thin; washing machine made loud terrible noise & softener drawer needed repair. It is really tiny for 4 people and their luggage.

Found location is walking distance from EVERYTHING : places to visit, restaurants, shops; and the neighbourhood has plenty of everyday shops. Surroundings are pleasant.

The photo on website showed a balcony and we chose it for that reason, there was no balcony at all. The photo showed a very modern apartment suitable for 4 people, it was in fact a hole where we could not all even stand in 4. There were two real beds and a sofabed that produced 2 camp beds, not too uncomfortable the camp beds I have to say but really nothing that was close to how the photos presented it. Also the bathroom was old and in need of renovation. For this price one could rent a double room in a 4 star hotel easily!

Location great, plenty of nice bars for brunch and good for a stroll with sightseeing of building facades. The area is fairly quiet at night but buzzing during the day. It is close to placa Catalunya, Rambla and the old town centre, withing 30 mins walk.
