The sun beds around the pool are very close together giving a very cramped feeling when sunbathing. I also didn’t enjoy the evening entertainment so didn’t stay in the bar ( which is the only place to access the all inclusive drinks in the evening.) but overall I would still rate this hotel as good value for money

Both pools were a minimum of 1.50 metres deep which can be problem if, like me, you're a poor swimmer or not very tall.

The food was very samey every day, which is understandable for mass catering, a little less garlic in everything would be nice.

There wasn't not much to like really. Apart from people reserving sunbeds with towels daft o'clock in morning. And some left unattended all day, that shouldn't really happen especially when there was a note in rooms saying not permitted, it still happened!!. One tiny thing was please get another toast maker in dining room. One toasting machine to cover that many people was not ideal at all, causing major queues . But everything else fab

Beds very hard! People did get up early and do the whole ‘towel on sunbed’ thing! But we went out mostly anyway so did t bother us!

Close to bars and a lovely shopping centre with nice bars and resteraunt. Clean and loved that the room cleaned daily! Reception staff very helpful. We found the food okay, always something we liked.

A little too far from Main Street, Music Square and Old Town, but if you are fit, it is walkable.

Variety of food good, amenities good. Rooms large, well decorated with large balcony & comfy beds. Spotlessly clean. Beach 10 mins walk away & Market area was very close to hotel, which had little shops, bars & restaurants to wander through with live music on Sundays. Entertainment at pool good (if you enjoy this). Had a variety of different entertainment at night, too, which wasn't bad.

Lack of seafood in the restaurant, too much deep-fried food. No additional hygiene facilities in the bathroom. The soap dispenser works badly. 0,5 water bottles for a day is not enough. Why the swimming pool works only until 6 pm??? Other than that all good.

In a good location, quiet road , not too far from the coast, about a 15 minute walk from centre. It was very clean named staff were friendly and helpful. Food was plentiful if a little over seasoned.

Sunbeds around the pool are far to close to each other you can't have a conversation without everybody hereing . Sofa bed very uncomfortable .People putting towels out to early like 6 in the morning should not be aloud

Water in the room. We had all inclusive and I was expecting to get water refill in the room every day, but we only got for the first 3 days and then the maids stopped leaving new water botteles and we needed to go downstairs everytime we would get thirsty.

Everything was great, the double bed is huge, confortable and is in a one piece, the room is very spacious, very clean. Is great for couples. They have specialties from different countries at dinner and a lot of food variety. The reception staff are very nice and friendly, helpful with informations about the island and the trips. We booked a boat trip through the hotel and it was very nice.
