Room was okay, but disappointed that there was no Iron to press my cloths. As a minimum, there should be ironing service provided by the hotel if there are no pressing irons in the room, or a common area to iron your cloths

Internet access info were not present in the room, so I had to go back downstairs to get the info. There was also no visible info concerning the number of the reception on the intercomm in the room.

The WiFi is horrific, and the window is completely closed. No fresh air can enter into the room.

1. The staff couldn't help us with instructions for the charging station from the hotel parking. After an hour of struggling with the application of the charging station we end up with the co clusion that is not working. 2. Breakfast was good, but for my family it would helped to have some fresh vegetables (cucumber, tomatoes etc.). There was only tomato salsa. 3. When we arrived we was informed that the Breakfast is served between 7:00 and 10:30 from Monday to Friday, so we paid for 4 days. The staff forgot to inform us that on that Friday was fiesta and they will be serving only form 8 o'clock. We had to check out before 8 to get to the airport so we couldn't eat even if we paid for that day. We wasn't the only guests who wasn't informed at the arrival that on that Friday is fiesta and is another schedule for breakfast.

The location is great, you can find a parking place anytime, the room was very nice, big bathroom and comfortable bed.

The restaurant is inside the hotel, but it is not part of the hotel, so I had to pay extra for room service. The hotel didn't erase the previous guests data on the television. There were not hair products, such as conditioner, just a generic soap. The shower drain couldn't keep up with flow of water of the shower, so it accumulated, although it didn't spill outside.

The staff was really friendly. My room was well cleaned and very confortable, also it was very big. The breakfast was good and the restaurant was open for dinner as well. The hotel is located on an avenue and it is easy to access. The room had a bathtub with hydro-massage jets, and it worked well. The price was good for the region. I liked my stay.

I believe floor could be better cleaned. We like to remove shoes and walk barefoot or with socks...floor wasn't very clean.

I wish the hotel had a laundry room. We were a bit disappointed not to be able to do our laundry.

The area is very good and safe. It's about 8 - 10 min walk from the train station. Plenty of markets and cafes in the area. The rooms are clean, the beds are very comfortable. Breakfast is pretty good for 7 EUR. The staff was very friendly and helpful.

The toilet space was quite small and the hair dryer was not very powerful. It didn’t have any light in the bedside table and the plug was in the middle of the headboard of the bed which was not very convenient.

The hotel was clean and modern. We spent one night there because we were visiting some friends in Parla. It did the job for us

It was extremely noisy, other guests (teens childreen) were knocking on my door everyday and they were shouting all over the place. The room was extremely small, and cleaners didn't cleaned, all they did was spreading the bed everyday. Only few members among the staff were polite and welcoming. To be a 3 stat hotel, I expected more
