It was sometimes loud during the night as we had to keep the window open due to a lack of air conditioning in the room. Food in general wasn’t that great so wouldn’t recommend eating at the hotel, other than the breakfast which had plenty of options to choose from. Some of the breakfast was however cold.

We loved the room, size of it and the cleanliness. We liked the swimming pools and the hotel facilities. The staff were extremely helpful and friendly, especially Felipe. The sunbeds were really good, especially the cabanas. There was plenty of options to choose from. It was close to the airport which was a bonus. We would recommend staying here!

I visited with my wife for 1 night on our way back from our holiday. Nadine, the receptionist who greeted us was great. She was really helpful and kind. She deserves all the credit, she is great at her job! :) Prosecco on arrival was a lovely touch

The staff was amazing! So helpful and nice. We felt we were taken care of. The room was nice, clean, a lot of light inside. Balcony with a nice view. Food was great. I'm vegan and I felt they did everything for me to have a diverse selection of meals. Loved everything!

Everything was great but the air conditioning wasn't working during our stay for some reason, luckily after our first day it wasn't too hot so not needed but it would've been an issue otherwise.

The room was quite big for a twin room, spacious bathroom and balcony. Breakfast is really good, lots of options. Lots of space to lay down at the two different outdoor pools, I'd say the cocktails can be improved a little though.

The spa area was quite full, I guess because it was still cold to swim in the main pools and everyone was downstairs also the sauna was no working properly.

It was a great experience to stay in this hotel. The Staf was really polite, always happy and helpfull. Brakfast and Dinner was amazing. The beds in the rooms are quite confortable.

We didn't get chance to use the outside pool as our stay was short and the wrong time of year so nothing bad to say at all.

Staff were friendly, and the food choice at the restaurant was excellent! Definitely will book again. also, the male with the glasses that checked up in was lovely and welcoming. I didn't catch his name but he made us feel right at home.

The staff was extremely nice and helpful. My room was upgraded with no extra charge and they were genuinely worried about making my stay the best possible. The dinner buffet was excellent. I hate buffets, but the food on this one was top quality.

Twin beds, indor pool adults only - I didn't see that otherwise would choose other structure. Staff at moments polite and nice, at moments bothered by guests questions. Overall impression about Mallorcan hospitality is bad, feels like tourists bother them - no smiles, rolling eyes, nervous responses. Bike rental not free for guests.

Overall really beautiful hotel, not suited for families though. Very nice design, in the summer must be really great to enjoy all the pools. Room was nice big and clean. Nice surprise for our sons birthday.

Stayed here for 6 days. Excellent hotel, with friendly, courteous, and helpful staff. Went half board, and the selection of food at breakfast and dinner was fantastic, with different cuisines offered daily. Staff were top-notch, keeping everything running smoothly. Got Spa treatments from Sonia, who was amazing. Our many thanks to all the hotel staff who made our stay very enjoyable and comfortable

The hotel was contemporary, modern, cool, environmental. Breakfast was great. The pool was never crowded and the sunbeds around it were not reservable but plentiful and comfortable.

Good location, clean and modern layout. Great range of choices for swimming pools. Breakfast was tasty every morning, great value for money
