We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.

IrelandBeds were a bit of a let down. Really cheap, sliding over the floor as you move in them. I think some of the bed legs were a bit crooked/damaged. The mattress wasn't great either, to say the least...
Entertainment was excellent. They really put the effort there. The location is great I like this side of the island. I liked the garden. The restaurant was nice, food choice was good. I liked everything else also, but I won't praise the room.

The staff were exceptional, so professional and friendly! Wonderful range of both day time and night time activities.. special mention to Cesar and Ana for their brillant classes! Armbands were so convenient to access the room and pay for items. Location was great, we had a sea view room, and it was so relaxing to go to sleep to the sound of the waves! Would highly recommend this fab hotel.

GermanyWe went to Tenerife for 7 days and took the all-inclusive rest in Bahia. Compared to the prices of the other hotels for nominally the same offers, the price of this hotel is extremely tasty. Of course you should expect some drawbacks to pay off that reduced price. Anyway, there are some notes: 1) although the foyer looks very fancy, the rooms are a bit old and require renovation; 2) of course don't expect a high quality of spirits for all-inclusive cocktails from the bar. It's decent but not the tastiest. Instead, you can take light alcoholic drinks (wine or sangria or whatever) that are of a better taste and quality; 3) Wi-Fi is not completely free! There is a free connection but it's extremely slow and unstable, and the "premium" one costs about 5 euros per day for 5 devices (a bit less if you take more days). The problem is that within our stay, it was not working (the network was being renewed at that time); 4) Parking is also not free, it costs 10 euros per day; 5) the beach next to the hotel is very rocky and quite frequently with the red flag on it (due to a strong wind). So do not expect to be able to swim there;
Still, the hotel is very nice for that price: 1) the rooms are wide and clean, you also have a small fridge there and might ask for a small kettle; 2) the food was also nice, you can find quite fresh and very tasty meat or fish at the grill station, as well as a lot of other stuff (but don't trust "complex" salads at the salad station, this is a curse of all all-inclusive hotels); 3) I especially want to stress that this hotel does not have another common curse of all-inclusive resorts in Spain. Namely, the coffee at the breakfast was quite tasty (usually in such Hotels it's very watery and awful in taste); 4) the view! You MUST take the room with the view to the ocean to fully feel the spirit of Tenerife. That's really worth it; 5) you can find a lot of facilities in a close proximity to the hotel, so the position is quite favorable; 6) although the beach is not appropriate for swimming, you can easily surf there, and the surf school is 1 minute by walk from the hotel; 7) the staff was friendly and helpful; Overall, it's a decent and nice hotel for the demanded price.

AustriaWiFi Internet - more correctly, it’s almost entire absence (not exaggerating) in the rooms and rather poor quality on the territory. To all my requests to do something people on the reception responded “We reported about it, somebody should do something” — and nothing changed. Those people who need WiFi in the rooms should probably select another hotel.

Great location with amazing views of the sea and coastline and an easy walk to the centre of town. Exceptionally friendly and helpful staff. Very nice heated swimming pool and attractive surrounding area. Good standard of buffet meals with wide choice of well presented dishes.
