Thin walls and could hear the child two apartments away, crying all night. Also heard people throwing furniture or something, and arguing, as were the sounds of heavy objects thrown. In this case, not having staff 24/7 and security is a bit of the down point. The bed was very uncomfortable, as was a hard old mattress and the bed style is the one you fold it, opposed to a sturdy normal bed.

Very welcomed by Federico I think was his name, helpful and kind. Very clean apartment, with all needed. Great view, although noisy because of the heavy traffic but with earplugs should be fine.

No reception 24 hours. No in-house cafe. There was a facility alarm at 6.30 am to 7.45 am, and there is no staff on site to address. My whole team was awaken pre-maturely.

Location is reasonably close to the convention center. The room is basically clean. The bed and pillows are all too soft.

Located at a distance from the city center, but benefits from excellent public transportation options within the city.

The staff was top-notch—professional and always ready to help. While the location was a bit far from the city center (30 minutes by bus), it was close to a major mall and had easy access to metro and bus stations in a good neighborhood. However, the aging furniture in the room was a letdown, needing a refresh to match the hotel's modern aspirations. Despite this, ONA Living is a decent budget option with great staff and convenient amenities, though its distant location may not suit everyone.

Staff is available 9am-5pm and when fire alarm was started around 6pm someone reacted only after ~ half an hour. While it was not real danger this time (someone smoked cigarette) I can't imagine what can happen in case of real fire. Loud noice of the alarm for 30mins was also hard to manage, especially for kids.

The sofa is spotted and the bedroom window didn't perfectly close (so there's still a bit of noise). The bathroom should have better air circulation The renter's reaction to me showing what he souls improve was worrying about the reviews. This feel disrespectful because he assumed I'm going to talk the place down. Everthing that's in this list can be improved easily. Take care.

The apartment was very clean, spacious and comfortable. The location was perfect for my purpose of travelling. The check-in was fast, and the staff were very friendly.

The apartment has clearly been renovated on a minimal budget: most of the things (e.g. furniture) are very cheap, the frame bed was missing some parts, the light switch in the bathroom was partially broken, the air extractor in the bathroom was semi-functional and so on.

Very well connected to the airport (there is a direct metro line). Metro and bus stations nearby. The reception staff were very friendly and helpful. They really tried and succeeded in making our stay better. Good pans, pots, plates etc in the kitchen. There is a big mall across the street with a Carrefour supermarket.

The check-in process by the machine was a bit stressful (it was Christmas Eve). We did all the documents scan and payments right but in the end the machine wouldn't issue our keys. After trying 3x and trying to call the phone above the machine unsuccessfully we could reach the number on the Whatsapp message they sent to us and promptly they gave us the code to open a locker on which our keys were on it. A few days later we helped a family in the same situation. But it didn't compromise the whole stay which was wonderful.

The apartment was comfortable and clean and had everything we needed. Location is good, with the Gran Via 2 Mall on its doorstep and it is really easy access to all attractions and the airport by buses and subway. Montserrat was really attentive and kind.

The lady at reception is very friendly and very helpful. The apartment is perfectly situated to excellent transport links to travel around Barcelona and the airport by public transport which i highly recommend, all you need is a 48 or 72 hours travel card which costs from about €16.80 and this will allow you to travel accross the whole of Barcelona in trains and buses. There is a big mall opposite the apartment and it has all the shops one can ever need, including supermarkets and a variety of restaurants. The apartment is very spacious, and the free cleaning service was an added bonus. The bedding, towels, and the apartment were clean.

A little further out of the centre than you would like, but this is reflected in the price and it is easy to get taxi's. The man at reception could not have done more for us, super helpful and really nice. Beds were comfy, was all very clean, kitchenette was really useful.

If we had missed the time to check in and had to do it thru the machine outside it would have been difficult. We saw a couple having a difficult time with it.

The location was good, there was a mall and food places right across the street. The bus and meyro stations were within 400m.

The bed isn't very comfortable, mattress too soft for me. There are no instructions booklet for kitchen appliances. I'm not sure if it was a microwave or a small oven. Need some improvement with small details, such as toilet roll to far back on the wall, difficult to reach, mirrors in wrong place, could do with one mirrors I the living room. The window in the bedroom can't shut tiddly,letting noise in. Some kitchen wear too need replacement such as copping board.

The location is super convenient and easy to access public transport and local stores. It is very clean with good management, very clear and detailed instructions with check-in information. The self check-in facility outside is superb. Staff all very friendly and welcoming. Most importantly, it is a very good price, worth the money.

the air con doesn’t work, and there’s no bathroom extractor. I felt a bit odd about being asked to remove my own rubbish from the property but didn’t really mind all that much. it didn’t take anything away from me to do it. the floor was very dusty, otherwise the property was nice and clean. and on one night there was a huge fight/shouting match somewhere in the building. a bit alarming but otherwise it was very quiet during the rest of my stay

great transport links, opposite a lovely shopping centre with easy food options if you don’t feel like venturing deeper into Barcelona. felt like a safe area for solo female travellers lady at reception was lovely and patient with my rusty Spanish. wasn’t able to check in on arrival in the morning, but was able to leave my luggage secured with them. was promptly told when the property was ready and found my suitcases in the apartment waiting for me.
