they have one room better than we got_ I thought that I booked the room that we saw on the photos, but we lived in other room, and it was older. It felt like some other guests smoked there before.

Can not find a thing I didnt like.

Tina, the host was so welcoming and caring and showed me the details of kitchen use and room use. There was a refrigerator and microwave and an electric water kettle in the room with pastries, teas and coffee. She also provided a map that she drew walking routes to different sights. She also pointed out where to get the metro, or taxi or bus to airport which was steps away down the street. It was a quiet clean tree lined neighborhood.

I think our room was the worst along with another same room in the other corridor because we only had acces to the INNER corridor so if you are staying a long time or you tend to spend lot of time in your rrom make sure this two are not your rooms.

The service was amazing. The owner is so nice! She takes care of everything and always there for help or questions. We asked to stay another night and she managed the petition so fast and with transparency about the pricing.

The room is quite small, very little space around the bed. (I suspect others are bigger). My room was interior, i.e. window looking out onto staircase, although it had shutters, but no natural light.

Convenient for a short stay, well located a commercial area, near the Joanic Metro Station and the bus station at the corner of Antoni Maria Claret street very convenient to go to the main spots. Small room but comfortably equipped.

I wasn’t sure how to get help or guidance from anyone. I didn’t see anyone who I could ask. The first night I checked in and there was a person who came out of a room, took me upstairs to pay tax and then I never saw anyone again. I didn’t want to go knocking on random doors and bother other travelers like me. There wasn’t any distinction between rooms that enabled me to determine where I could go for help and guidance. I was not told how or who to ask if I needed something, so ended up using this app to contact them when I noticed I had lost something.

It was a great location and close to bus and metro lines. walking distance to Sagrada Familia. The room was basic with a fridge, kettle and microwave. They included body wash and shampoo, instant coffee and sugar. I was on the second floor, accessible by stairs and elevator. It was small but met all my needs. Bonus was air conditioning.

First of all location was great. most of famous places are just within walking distance. many great restaurants and local ahopping areas, butiques are around it. Tina gives all details of what u need. even no need to ask. she is unbelievable helpful. our stay was just great and next time we will be there sure.

The budget room (cheapest option) is a bit adventerous but given the price for some still a potential option.

The staff was really really nice, a room change was necessary and this was allowed very uncomplicated! The location is awesome with only 10 minute walk to Sagrada familia and 25 minute walk to Park Guell. Also metro stations are rather close by.

Kitchen is very basically (almost poorly equipped). And the walls are paper thin (you can hear everything that is happening in the rest of the flat).

Nice room with new bathroom and kitchen. The staff is very nice and helpful. Location of the room is also great.

Generally, we enjoyed staying in Barcelona Rooms 294 a lot! The only thing that was not quite easy to deal with while staying there was the first room we stayed in. It was quite small and the windows were in the corridor. Nevertheless, the room was clean and Tina was eager to help us change rooms when it was possible. We would choose this accommodation again.

In Barcelona Rooms 294 we had a very good stay. Tina is a very good and helpful hostess! She gave us a lot of information about Barcelona and she responded to our messages very quickly! The rooms were clean and the second room we stayed in was quite comfortable. The location is very good too!!!

All I need is there

Tina, the owner is very nice person. I stayed here for 3weeks for looking for an apartment and she gave me useful information for sightseeing and living around there. The location is very good. Everything is within 15min by walk, Sagrada familia, mercado, farmacia, station, bakery, nice shops... The price is also reasonable to consider its location.

- Kitchenette was small, can't cook overcomplicated meals, but enough for simple meals. - Door is thin, can hear every time someone walks in the corridor, or opens the door next door. Had a panic every time someone entered the room next door as I thought they were trying to open our door!

The way the room is built (materials, electricity, furniture) can really be improved. Having a tinny room is one thing (again, it is clearly established when doing the reservation), having the feeling that the windows and the bathroom was build in a weekend by an amateur in the cheapest way possible, is another.

The price is really low, it is difficult to find a private room with a desk for this price in Barcelona. The description of the "small room" is fair. It is really small, but it has what is promised. It is not a magnificent place, but definitely ok for the price.

The only thing I would have liked was a bedside lamp - other than that I couldn’t have asked for more.

This was the perfect place to stay in Barcelona - A simple, clean room with everything I needed, including a kettle, microwave, fridge, free tea and coffee, plates, cutlery, hot plate, shampoo and shower gel - super comfortable and a great location. My room had a private balcony overlooking the street and the bed was firm and comfortable. The host Tina is super friendly, welcoming and very responsive on WhatsApp.

To start, pictures are COMPLETLY different than the real room. The room is tiny and run-down. The shower is very small and not well maintained. Close to Sagrada Familia, Vedaguer and Jovani metro stations. Nothing else. Nothing in the area to brag about. I will not recommend. Extremely expensive for what you get. Not worth it, stay else where.
