The property was perfect for a big group of us. We loved the terrace and the outdoor area in our apartment. Very clean and staff were very helpful. The best location too.

The apartment was well equipped with kitchen utensils ect but no cleaning materials at all. No brush ect. We were there for 5 days and paid €1500 which I believe is high for no facilities in the room. Clearly states €25 for cleaning or extra per day. So the place got dirtier. Not my style. We bought a can of fly spray as we had mosquitos at night. Hopefully the can will stay in the room. We had to buy more loo rolls also. We took a video of the room before and after to make sure we didn't get any extra charges.

The apartment was just off la Rambla so very easy to get to everything without transport. The beds were comfortable but needed more spare bedding as cold at night and just one quilt and only one pillow each which was very flat . A bottle of water in the fridge was a nice gesture as were the bags of toiletries. When we arrived at the apartments we needed a code. This was on the booking.com notification. We used the same code to get into a door off the hallway where there are two apartments and then our door to get into. There are around 6 floors with apartments on both sides and a quick lift to get you up and down.

The beds were super hard. No privacy as the bedrooms were not separated properly. The common air conditioning was fitted between 2 bedrooms in the hole on the wall so that it would work in both rooms. The rooms seemed much bigger in the pictures and was disappointed with no balcony although the Palau Gaudi opposite our apartment was not bad. Also we had no toilet paper in the bathroom upon our arrival in the evening but a kitchen roll was placed on the toilet instead! It was corrected next day but we had to text them via Whatsapp. Overall stay was very good considering everything in Barcelona is so overprized so I guess we could not get more for the money. And the location was very good.

The apartments extremely clean, spacious, tastefully decorated and have everything you need. Amazing location, extremely straight forward self check-in, great communication. Additionally the lockers available to store luggage are a really good size and a great facility for after you check-out. Would definitely stay here again.

The property is clean. But not safe. We had to put the coffee table against the door in the hope that it will make noise if there is break in.

The apartment was clean but very unsafe. The La Rambla area is notorious for pick pocketing and thugs. The apartment has code to open the door and someone open the door while we were away and took $120 dollars from my friend’s bag. The window in front room does not close so safety is a big concern in this apartment. The owner was slow in response.

Everything was perfect, and clean, and cosy. There wasn't anything missing. The location was top. The check-in and check-out were very easy. I would strongly recommend it.

No big minuses, some things inside could be better - eg bathroom sliding doors should be adjusted/lubricated as they make lot of sound. Shower in one bathroom releases water on the connection (use was normal, just that it should be repaired). Maybe think of providing basic stuff like salt, pepper, oil…

Location is super, at Rambla, still was very peaceful (we were there in April). Nice balcony on inside side. Elevator, luggage storage possible for early arrival, late departure. Provided some water and coffee capsules, dish washing detergent…

The place is not quite as nice as the photos. A few things are a little broken. Not a big deal though.

Fantastic location, steps from La Ramblas. Great restaurants right on the street. Loved that they have lockers for your luggage if you arrive early, which we did. We loved sitting out on our balcony, drinking wine, eating olives, and enjoying the sun.

It was obviously dirty ! Flooding in the bathroom was a constant pain, busy floorboards upstairs and downstairs works in progress , unresponsive reception desk ! We tried to access but no response, we tried the WhatsApp emergency number but still no response. I. Total it was an expensive start regarding all aspects , average facilities and service but EXCELLENT LOCATION!

I went to Barcelona to see Gaudi's work and it wasn't till I woke up the next morning that I realized that I had front-row seats to Palau Güell from my bedroom and living room window! I loved the Las Ramblas neighborhood, the many supermarkets around, and the many amazing food places. We got the best food from Honest Greens at the restaurant and through Uber eats. We will definitely be back for a longer stay.

The bathrooms need to be overhauled. One shower was so small that the curtain stuck to the person showering. The other shower sprayed water everywhere. Neither bathroom is en-suite. The Nespresso machine leaked.

The location was perfect? It is on a side street right off of the Main Street. We enjoyed the easy access of the PIN code for all of the doors. It was nice that Nespresso pods were included.
