The condition of the shower area was not great and there was no change of towels during the whole week we were there.where as we didnt expect a full kitchen there were no bowls for breakfast cereals if we would have liked to have them .

location was fine ,studio was acceptable and true to its description,on the groundfloor was good access to bars shops and beach was ideal.

Balcony too narrow and not really useable. Booked apartment for 4 adults but not enough storage space or coat hangers

The kitchen was well equipped, barhroom had a decent rain shower and the apartment was clean. Brilliant location next to beach and centre of resort. Carlos was very helpful and friendly and easily contactable any time via Whatsapp, he replied promptly and politely. The use of Jacaranda Lounge facilities made our stay extra special

Some discount by the pool for residents would have been great as it can get expensive with no alternative pool and signs up saying no food or drink from outside to be consumed. People paying for beds expect to pay premium prices. Our room had water running down the wall (think the shower was leaking) which wasn’t great as our bathroom floor kept flooding was told it would be resolved however it never was, our girls apartment had a sewerage smell this was resolved for a day but the smell came back.

to many issues in the first few days there is no room cleaning service we had to chase bed change and towels and there was a problem with cockroaches in the apartment walls very thin and dogs barking

I feel like cleanliness could be taken up a notch, walls were really dirty in our old room and the floors had sand in our new rooms.

The location, pool access, proximity to the beach and restaurants, and the views are incredible. It's also quiet so we didn't have to struggle to sleep on this famous party island. They were also really supportive when I was ill. The owner even came to see if we were alright and offered to help us with groceries. This was exceptionally kind of them. The staff was also always helpful and attentive.

Before i start this negative review, I will say i've stayed in many places with various standards over the years. So my expectations are realistic. But this apartment was a complete disappointment and NOT what was advertised to me and not what I paid for. If i were you, i would NOT stay here!!! It is badly run. Where do i start! Well, I was booked in to this accommodation (Studio apartment) from the 5/9/23 for a week stay. The day before i arrived at Jacaranda apt (Carlos from reception who seemed nice) contacted me via Whatsapp to explain where directions to the apartment and how to get the keys from the lock box as reception would be closed by the time i arrived which was around 9pm. They did this as I had notified them weeks prior to my approx arrival time. This was all good and appreciated. Made it all straight forward on arriving. But the problems started after there. I arrived and the apartment is down a dark alley. I needed my iPhone torch to see. Once i entered the apartment, i was SO disappointed. It was NOTHING like the pictures i was given on booking.com. It was so basic and small with two half empty cans of cockroach killer in the bathroom. Not a good start! The good was the Apt was pretty clean. Bed sheets seemed clean, WIFI was good and shower had hot water. What was wrong! I had booked studio apartment with a balcony, seaview and well equipped kitchenette. But i didn’t get any of these. I got, No balcony, No seaview, and a TINY kitchenette with no hob, no pots/pans. No kitchen sink. tiny shower. Had to use the bath sink to wash plates etc. Bedside lamp was broken and not working. Next morning i went to reception to check-in and complain. Carlos agreed straight away it was not what i booked. They couldn’t upgrade me as it was full. So we agreed a partial refund 150e. During that day Carlos did bring a hob/new pan/pot+lamp. He kept promising me the refund. I have the msg's to prove it. But i never received.

I have been to ibiza many times, but it is my first time staying further up north and unfortunatley first ever negative review of an accommodation. The area (Es Canar) is a nice enough. Calmer than ibizatown. Loved the Hippy market. Good supermarkets and resturants. Beaches are ok but not the best ibiza has to offer. I went for nice walks on the rocky areas, as many others did as well. Lovely area and peacful. But the accomoodation. I would never stay here again! What i got was not what was advertised and what i paid for. This place is misleading customers and Booking.com should take them off their site. The accommodation reception themselves fully agreed on all the issues raised by me and agreed/promised a partial refund of 150euros. I have all the messages to prove it. But i still have not received it. A month later. Depsite promises they would sort it out. Booking.com have confirmed the apartment have not given them the refund to forward to me. Read below to see what was ok and wrong with this accommodation.

Garden view apartment consisted of a wall. Kitchen was a cupboard. Had to fill kettle from bathroom sink- hygienic???? Couldn’t get kettle under the tap.
