Beautiful hotel, couldn't beat the location. Good breakfast, staff excellent.

No advance warning that cars are prohibited on that that road, so contact the hotel and they will register your car. Walls are very thin between rooms. Try and avoid 4th floor, there are no elevators but staff kindly take bags up/down. While breakfast was OK, I wanted option to skip paying for breakfast and go out for breakfast instead. The kitchen staff were ill prepared for guests, eggs/fruit salad ran out and we had to wait quite bit. The layout is not ideal, small space and lots of crowding near tea/coffee stations. Staff seemed very stressed. We appreciated the offer of breakfast 'to go' as we needed to leave the hotel by 6am, but bread/sandwich was old and stale and there was no fruit. Given the selection of breakfast, we were were a little disappointed with the quality. The old town located hotels are expensive so I suppose paying 250 euros a night was OK, but well beyond what we wanted to pay for a hotel.

Beautiful, quiet hotel in a great location - ideal base to explore historic Palma. Hotel staff were exceptionally helpful and welcoming. Lovely outdoor courtyard ideal to enjoy breakfast outside, or a relaxed evening drink at the hotel bar.

The hotel is really Great, we wanted to take a rental car but there is no parking in the area and the garage is very expensive (25€ per 24/h) so we did not rent a car.

Very well-located hotel in the heart of Palma. Staff was friendly and the room was lovely. We really enjoyed the short stay and would come back any time.

It’s a shame that the courtyard bar isn’t useable when the weather is cold. I love that it is open air and I worry about the carbon emissions from patio heaters but it might be worth co sideri g how to make the courtyard more useable all year round.

The hotel is beautiful - the foyer, courtyard bar and restaurant, breakfast room, lounges and bedrooms. The breakfasts were lovely. The staff were friendly and helpful. The location was ideal, in the old town and all the sights in east walking distance - the bus and train stations too. We absolutely loved the courtyard bar and restaurant, where we had nice conversations with the friendly staff. Great to see Estrella Galicia on draught and the food was very nice - it was fun to have some of it prepared at our table. The food was rather pricey for us but there were some light dishes on the menu that we could afford. We were lucky that the courtyard opened whilst we were there, since it was early in the season and still a little cool in an open air setting. The reception staff were very good to us, looking after our luggage on the last day and calling a taxi to the airport for us in the evening.

In room 108 which was nice and quiet for the first 3 nights, but on our last night there was terrible noise from a courtyard at the back of our room, apparently from a restaurant clearing up until well after midnight. We mentioned this next morning to hotel reception and they were apologetic

The bathroom was colder, as the heating was already off (in March). There was noise every morning from cca 8 am, seemed like construction work. There are no lifts in the hotel and the staff did not offer to help with our luggage (which was fine with us, but there were a few older people who might have had issues).

The hotel is located in the historical centre of Palma on a very cute and narrow street. It seems it used to be an old residence. There is a pretty patio with a bar but unfortunately, it has been closed throughout our stay. It has a beautiful smell and is very clean. Breakfast and breakfast staff were great (although we would have appreciated a gluten-free bread option). If something ran out you could ask for a refill. The room was on the smaller side but had everything we needed for comfortable exploring the city. There is also a Nespresso machine. The bathroom is pretty and has great skincare/hair products. Everything is closeby and it seems very safe as well.

There was nothing that needed improving for us

Location was superb. Close to a lot of amenities & tourist places. Unfortunately the restaurant was closed on the Sunday ( I hadn’t spotted this when booking) because if the breakfast was anything to go by, we would have definitely had dinner in the hotel. Staff were friendly & helpful & made our stay very pleasant. The hotel itself was quaint & beautiful.

Nothing other than the bland music played in the breakfast room in the morning!

Great central location easily accessible for sightseeing and entertainment opportunities. Public transport for access both locally and further afield readily available. Rooms were comfortable and whilst not necessarily large provided all the facilities expected. Very comfortable bedding. Ideally rooms facing onto the large open inward looking courtyard recommended. All the staff were very willing to help whether it be transportation advice or recommending restaurants.
