The pool and the gym close too early. Shaky WiFi connection. I requested a quiet room well in advance but got one on the ground floor right next to the main entry and a large AC unit.

Bizarrely the beds are 98% twins as in TWO single beds pushed together. 2% are actual doubles/lit maternelle (real two person beds). Front of House/Reception claimed this is due to the majority of their clients being German and customer preference?!

All meals/bar/snacks were of an exceptional quality. All members of staff from front of house/catering/cleaning were incredible/helpful/professional and informative.

Nothing, all of it was perfect.

This Botel was beautiful and exceeded our expectations, we loved everything about it! It had plenty of character with the nautical themes throughout the accommodation and it was relaxing and tranquil in an amazing setting right next to the sea. The staff were fantastic and nothing was too much trouble. The bedroom was spacious and spotlessly clean. The entertainment was brilliant and the breakfast was delicious. We loved our stay and we can't wait to return.

The food at the restaurant at dinner time was bland and frankly not up to the standard of the hotel. It's like the chefs don't use salt. Breakfast was good and plentiful.

Breakfast is fabulous and the staff incredibly accommodating! We were moved from outside to inside without issue when too hot and always greeted warmly! Location is fantastic and the pool is great!

Check in was a bit confusing as we thought we had checked in online but had to repeat the process when we arrived. May have been a communication breakdown between Booking.com and the hotel.

We love this hotel! Have eaten and had drinks here before so were looking forward to staying here, did not disappoint. Location, staff, food and drink, room were all excellent.

two single beds pushed together but the staff did they’re best to make it comfortable as the hotel had no large double bed rooms available, so they put a mattress protector over and made it as comfortable as possible

Two minor niggles in the grand scheme of things: breakfast is from 8AM, which for “early birds” like myself (I was out on the bike at 6:30) is a bit too late, and the car park isn’t included in the room price. But perfectly tolerable for one night’s stay.

I used the Botel as a “base” for my cycling and I couldn’t have been happier about the choice. They had a partnership with a bike rental company that provided a fabolous gravel bike, they had a secure shed where to park the bike overnight, and also had a “convenience room” where I could indulge in a much needed shower after having checked out. The staff was very kind and accommodating.

Honestly could not think of anything that I did not like,

The location was perfect for us. Right at the end of the marina overlooking the bay. Short walk to the bars and restaurants. The pool area had steps leading to the sea so I did not have to get Sandy to swim in the sea. Believe me this is a major selling point to me as I hate sand! Rooms were well appointed and roomy with effective air conditioning. Good bathroom with a very good power shower. Staff were super and were very welcoming. Could not do enough for you.

The beds were really uncomfortable (but maybe that is because I am pregnant). Luckily, the hotel and the staff were so great, that this did not really bothered me in the end. With some small improvements, the comfort level of the hotel could go even more up (ex. better sunbeds at the pool, fresh juice in the morning).

The pool is amazing. The staff is incredibly kind and helpful. The rooms were very clean every day. The breakfast was perfectly fine. You could find all you need.
