I came to Palma de Mallorca in a holiday with my mother for her birthday and everyone treated us so well at the hotel. The staff was really friendly and helpful whenever needed, we even had a free cocktail to celebrate her bday. It was a comfortable stay, with big enough rooms for 2 persons, great service at the cafeteria for both breakfast and dinner with lots of diversity. The value for money is great! The beach is 3-4min away from the hotel and our room even had a sea view. The bus station is just around the corner if you want to visit the city center or go to the airport (A2). The pools are big enough, with long chairs and cozy atmosphere. It is suitable for families with children and couples. I loved that the staff was letting sometimes small sweets after cleaning the room and this kind of attention values a lot. We would definitely come back and I recommend the hotel to anyone! My mother had the holiday of her dreams.

We stayed in the renovate building. Room was great and calm. The bathroom was very good and the hotel provided all sorts of bath soap and cream. A battle of water was waiting for us in the fridge. The bus 23 is 100 meters away from the hotel and brings you in 20 mins to the plaza de Espana de Palma. This is great !

Unfortunately not enough sun loungers around the pool area. Large groups of diners should be all together as they are generally very loud and noisy and spoil meal times for others

A great hotel near the beach at Playa de Palma. Two lovely swimming pools and a fantastic breakfast offering. Staff were friendly and helpful. The bedroom was a good size for two people and the beds were comfortable. The bathroom was clean.

The gym is poorly equipped and neglected. The sofa bed was very uncomfortable to sleep on. Most dishes in the dinner buffet have no labels so you have to guess what you are getting. 8:00 is a bit late start for breakfast if you have a trip further away planned.

Only comment I’d make is the beds aren’t the comfiest because they are memory foam and very firm. But they are high quality.

Hotel was so clean, smelt lovely and the staff where so speedy and helpful. Food was amazing every day was different! Taco night, sea food night, chocolate fountain for dessert one night. Worth every penny.

The rooms need renovating, especially the glass windows which cannot be properly sealed. Thus, the strong wind beats on them constantly.

The hosts were very helpful. We forgot some items at the hotel which they kept for us till such a time we were able to pick them up. The hotel is located in a great spot on a 20 minute ride with bus 25 to the center of Palma. The outside bar and sitting area were very pleasant. The bathroom was spacious and well equipped.

Breakfast stating time of 8 o clock is very late, especially if you plan to travel other parts of Mallorca in the day.

Disturbed sleep from people above and either side. Could do with more sound proofing. No allergen information on buffet for breakfast so was limited to what we could eat as a ceoliac. We took our own cereal and ate fruit and yogurt. Not a complaint just an observation .

there were many guests of other accomodations in the pool and the hotel, also locals use the pool often as there’s no security entering the hotel. We didn’t mind it until three girls were filming tiktoks in the swimming pool as we’re swimming there, they told us that they used the swimming pool often and live nearby there’s also no security for breakfast so you can easily enter the breakfast area for free

The cleaning lady was amazing! we had Bonnie as our cleaning lady, she was very kind and cleaned our room every single day, we got new towels and even a little treat from her! the swimming pool is great! however if you go in the month of april it is too cold to swim, however there’s a small inside pool which you can use! the rooms are great, veey spacious, we stayed at the junior suite, where you have sun in the morning on the balcony!
