The hallways were a bit stuffy and warm but it was mid July and 33°+ during the day so to be expected. The cold tap water wasn't cold, it was luke warm.

The staff was amazing and very helpful for any type of help or what we asked to do etc. Hotel room was great (would recommend paying the little extra and getting a/c) was on the older side but very well maintained. Great location and close to the strip/beach but also the main towns activities and shops. Clean and very pleasant place to stay. With complimentary free water in the mini fridge in the room (refilled every 2 days or so)

At the first sight we felt that we expected something better as we got a different room than the one presented at the pictures (other floor). Shower was quite problematic because there was only shower curtain, not a glass door or sth, and after every shower the floor in the bathroom was wet.

Air conditioning was available in a room. There was everyday cleaning so the room was very clean and well maintained. Staff was nice and helpful.

Nothing expect that the city is not that great

The location, the cleanliness and the staff was great. It was not really hot inside thanks to a fan and the window were noiseless. moreover we were in front of a small street without the crowd. The staff was very nice and show us the good place to eat and to visit

Parking is a major issue in Lloret de Mar. As we stayed end-of-season, we chose not to take advantage of the parking agreement with a local garage so we were happy to walk. Staff provided helpful advice for luggage drop-off outside the hotel.

Excellent staff. We were greeted with a warm welcome, local advice and recommendations, and our special request for gluten-free breakfast options was catered generously. Simple room with very comfortable beds. Buffet breakfast was good, and well adapted to COVID measures. The hotel is in a great location only two streets from the beach, with many shops and restaurants nearby.

Several things that did not affect us a lot but just want to share in case it matters to anyone: room was really small, hardly any space to place suitcases; we had a room with a balcony with a sea view - the balcony is small, not really suitable for seating and chilling there yourself, but at least some place to put beach towels and swimming suits to dry; noise from the streets at night so better sleep with windows closed; bed is too soft to my personal opinion; no soap provided (only shower gel and shampoo).

The room was really clean and cozy. The stuff was very friendly, cheerful and helpful. The hotel is right near the sea and in the center of a market street with a supermarket also nearby. WIFI works ok. Overall the hotel left a good impression and we would gladly stay there again.

An excellent hotel in a quiet area right by the beach. The continental breakfast is nothing special, but everything is delicious and there is a variety of options. The staff is very warm and welcoming. They were extremely helpful in an emergency situation. Especially Joseph - the kindest and most pleasant person who is always ready to assist. Room cleaning was done every day. The room is clean and cozy. There are shops and cafes nearby. Convenient location, delicious breakfast, and excellent staff. I highly recommend staying at this hotel.
